#SER Mission 7 Lock,Stock & Barrels climbing glitches

Northeast of the map there is a house with vines that are climbable but cant get through window,unable to do so on both sides of the window.
Also inside the mansion cant climb the ladder from basement to the 1st floor or other way around.
Playing PC version of the game and using Xbox-app.
