Every mode, all my guns have 1 mag, 0 spare bullets, verifying files did nothing, now reinstalling to see if it fixes.

Reinstall fixed nothing, steam edition, seems like there's no fix, just have to wait for a patch.

Unlikely anyone has also had this bug, but just in case, I did manage to find a fix.

Disable cloud saves on steam for the game.

delete your local saves from your files (a search on google can tell you how)

you'll lose all your campaign progress, but the no ammo bug will be gone.
