5: Base damage and Base lock picking are inactive, However, If its found you have some exploit or means to Base raid then you will be Kicked & Banned and also reported to the DEVS.

6: NO Base Raiding or Overtaking Flags (This includes taking items from around the base area), unless of course there is a sign saying "Free"

7: The use of Cheats/hacks, of any kind is not acceptable. You will be found out, and banned with no warning and also reported to the DEV team. So DON'T use cheats/hacks on this server.

8: Base Building .. Building restrictions are inactive, however this does not mean you can build on or within 500m of POI's, Airfields ,Military bases ,Police Stations, Bunkers, or Any location that may hinder looting for other prisoners.
You also cannot Block any roads, or access to any Loot areas.

9: Flags... 2 Flags Per Squad just not in the same sector.

10 : ... Vehicles .. This is what you can own Per Person due to vehicle limitations:

1 Car
1 Motorbike, Dirtbike OR Cruiser.
1 Cycle Mountain Bike OR City Bike.

Solo player can have 1 plane, 1 tractor and 1 boat.

1 Plane, Mariner OR Duster.
1 Tractor.
1 Boat.
