A Glassteel extractor in a territory claimed via camp was sacked and now is listed as level 0 and is unable to be repaired despite a clear option at the camp to do so. Clicking the option does nothing, and the menu states that there are no deposits in the area.

This is a known bug. I think they're going to adress it next patch. What I do for now is to destroy it and then rebuild again.
