Spire-carved to resemble the impressive horns of a markhor, the scepter is crafted of kakore and tapers to a base capped in copper. The top of the spiral displays a ragged edge where bone inlay stands out brilliantly against the golden hue of the wood and in places mimics the ribbon-like lines of the grain. Resting within bowl formed at the top of the scepter is an ebon-clouded crimson phantom sapphire of unusual size, its interior rolling with spectral faces and mist. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.

This a vacuum edition. Which means it will have the following feature altering abilities:

Hair: thin, void black hair falling in a static-charged halo
