      - Weakened Armament is applied to the target's armor/body after damage.
      - Twisted Potency has a 3 minute cooldown.

WAVE MY bow AT {SELF} while it is scintillating to toggle aspects of its messaging in that mode.

The item has Flourishes that do the following:

The bow has the Least Moods Flourish, giving it ambient messaging based on flare type.  It will also work for things like bless, elemental edge, and guiding light flares.  It is currently ACTIVE and can be toggled using APPROVE.

You can tell that the bow is as light as it can get.```

Acid double flares and the new script adds are not unlocked yet.  

It's like the off-the-shelf 50k HESS add, except that two customization alters have been done to the description. (The twisted silvery string and the ivy-wrapped grip.)

Build cost so far is a bit over 200k bs.
