I'll sell them at +5 for 2M each.
I'll enchant them up to +20 for an additional 1.5M (3.5M) or +25 for an additional 3M (5M). (while essence is available)
I've been working in batches to optimize gift of Eonak and make the work flow easy. I'll take requests for my next batch if I can guarantee a sale.

Hello, I'm pretty new to the game but it was recommended I seek out a "perfect" weapon that I can work toward improving in the coming years. I mainly use falchions (though I'm not a fan of that description), are you able to make other versions of Perfect Falchions?

So Ebon Gate does provide an item that lets you modify aspects of the description of a weapon you crafted. I picked up a couple for edged weapons last year, but nothing to change the noun. You'd have to GALD it to get a different name or wait until next October for me to be able to.
I think if you're that interested in how it looks, you'd probably want to find an opportunity to get it altered regardless. The Blacksmith's companion will only give you finite options.
