Last two ebon gates they've had a number of custom familiar alters done, and I think the monthly FWI raffles some months will have a thing for wizard familiar work pop up.

I suspect you know this but just in case: you can summon a wyrdling without an item.

if you are just looking for like a uncommon or not one some one can typically get, I've a wolf femur i could let you use to summon one and its got about 50-100 it can summon unique to itself

there are items like that for cats, mice, frogs and chameleons

Ebon Gate usually offers some talismans to summon unique familiars too. They're good for a large number of uses.
If you keep your familiar up all the time, they can last a really long time (the last one I used lasted almost a year)
I think I have a black cat or a fanged bat one in a locker somewhere if that interests you
