I moved two aelotoi characters to Cysaegir and I am at a loss as to how to gain citizenship. The closest adventure guild is in Ta'Illistim. Enlighten me, please?

If you're racing for it, buy something cheap every 5 minutes for like 12 hours and you'll get there.
There is a cap on the number of citizenship ticks you can get in a time period, so just buying everything all at once isn't going to work.
There's a script for it, but it is annoying since it drops the stuff on the ground. ;citizenship2 I think.
