Unfortunately, I can't identify who it belongs to as all I get is:

The Wedding Planner won't take it from me or help at all.
As an aside, she also seems to think that Mirkk and Roh still have a current licence. We held our ceremony back in July so this might need to be looked at as it still allows me access to the Concourse -- which I don't mind at all but probably shouldn't be happening 😄
