Most (but not all) perfumes can have their bottles turned unlimited by permifying them. Was there a specific scent you were looking for? It'd probably be easier to buy the base perfume then permifying it (if it's eligible) at EG.

The perfume shifter might be hard to find (but an awesome get, if you can find it!), so you may also want to look for a Perfuminator if you don't already have one. They will store up to 25 perfumes (including those that have been permified) and if you have an unlocked one, it will also hold perfume jewelry. They were sold this past EG

Hey Sarah - I have half a dozen or so whips buried in a locker somewhere. There is a reasonable chance that one of more of them are GHULE whips. I'll see if I can't locate the locker later today and will let you know what I find here.
