Maybe I'm not the best player of the dragon clan, but in the meantime I'll write you what I think, if someone wants to correct me, I'll take advantage of it to improve myself.
As for the military path, I prefer right, left left. Then obviously it depends on the context. If you know it will be a fast game and maybe you find yourself against lynx and lion with many archers you can also opt for left left left.
For the lore as for the military path it always depends on what you have to do, if playing for 801 or 802. If you go for the 801 you won't forge the relic, so go for shipbuilding and then directly for the military lore. If you play for the 802 and forge Jörmunr, go for carpentry mastery, then for Blood, sweet and e tears (also thrall trade if you have more lore than usual) and finally for the military lore

Yep, it's very strong 801 and still playable in 802
Obv there are better clans in 802 but it's fine, i think it's better to have fun than playing the same broken clan

Whats is the criteria you follow to send villagers or tralls to the pyre?
I found myself sending a lot of trhalls. I only send sick villagers or maybe woundeds ones

at the beginning you sacrifice only pop, only if you get some useless bonus you sacrifice just 1 thrall to skip it, then after 200 fame you sacrifice only thralls
Remember that wounded villagers doen't have any prod or happiness reduced
so don't sacrifice them until last moment
and remember if you conv a wounded villager in dragonkin, he will have full hp
