Yes.
The Curseforge version doesn't have any configs, so that's more or less something caused by the SRP mod alone

Which technically means it's not an issue? Unless it's a bug with the mod itself this is probably just working as intended

Overseers are spawned by stage III beckons. Are you sure there isn't one in your world?
What version of the mod are you running out of curiosity

I'm talking about scape and parasites. You should be able to see in your mods menu page
I'll need to take a look into this later. I'm 90% sure the Curseforge modpack contains no configuration files when you download it (it will generate configs when you play though, but that's different). I'll check to see if configs may have been added, but if there are none this is most likely not an issue with the modpack 
Scape and Run is like that

We had white phosphorus shells and shotguns, as well as the tier 4 armor from longarm fragments
I had a prot 4 leggings, red phosphorus grenades and advanced alloy swords
I got to throw 2 of those grenades
Hey. So I just checked and I can confirm the Curseforge version comes with no modified configuration files. Every config file in that modpack is generated when you launch the game. Which would mean that this is not an issue with the modpack
