Copy and paste the Optifine file into that mod folder (disregarding the name of the modpack, it works for any of them)

You'll have to send them the modlist to create their own modpacks, or make a copy of the files, compress them, and then send it to them to unzip

what i did is went to my curse fordge modpack, clicked the three buttons, went into the folder, went to instinces, and dound my mod pack and copy and pasted it, will that work?

If the program you're using to send it can actually fit it, then yes. Discord has a small file size limit

Which is why I suggested zipping/compressing it

I'd suggest going into the settings on Curseforge and increasing the RAM allocation for Minecraft (settings -> Minecraft -> increase the RAM slider)

#

The Essential mod basically uses your computer to host a server, so it's suggested that the person with the strongest PC hosts the world

#

However, if neither works, then I'd suggest just removing Optifine and going without shaders

It's an orange slider in the main Curse settings (when you're on the home page of the app, it's in the lower left corner)

There's a recommended amount based on the available RAM in your computer. Going beyond that could cause lag or crash your actual PC
