Wulfrum Blunderbuss cannot access coins from money trough

akin to the Coin Gun, I don't think it's meant to pull coins from your personal storages as a safety feature.

(i.e so you don't spend EVERY last coin you have while firing.. if you need the coins equip to inventory)

this isnt a bug; why would they be able to do that?
