Description of Statis' Curse says it shouldn't stack with downgrades. Presumably, Blessing also isn't supposed to, but it doesn't say. Anyway, apparently the code of Calamity doesn't register the Necromantic Scroll or Papyrus Scarab as being "worn".
I assume it's not meant to stack. Or if it is, then perhaps Statis' Curse should be updated to specify it doesn't stack with Statis' Blessing and not the scrolls.
