Both of these items were removed in recent Calamity updates
As such, any existing copies of them act as unloaded items because no data is associated with them anymore

Am I safe to assume that any other unloaded Calamity items I encounter like this are removed?

Most items that appear as unloaded were removed, yes
However, there are instances where they appear as unloaded yet haven't been removed. In these instances, they have lost their modded data in some way, be it by unloading Calamity then loading the character/world, or by something causing the data to be deleted (such as the Steam Cloud)

Aight. Where can I see a list of these recently removed items? That way I can just ignore those for next time.

As for just recent removals, you can head to the Changelog pages and look at the Removals section at the bottom (if applicable)
