DoG refuses to spawn

So, each time i spawn DoG, a silently caught exception happens, DoG gives the beggining of fight speech, the game says he was summoned, but he is nowhere to be found, Dragon lens is suspicious but i want to make sure how it really happens so here is my client.log.
