I exactly don´t know how to replicated this bug but just happened that when I chose Thanatos the Draedon dialog prompted.

I couldn´t get to capture the remainings of Thanatos when it gets defeated but seemed that were in the surface

no, I don´t use that mod

Also I´m just re running the boss fight

Maybe the log file has an error

Send it (altho you always need to send log files anyways)
