Infernum is a separate mod as explained in https://discord.com/channels/225030931008847874/1052330262492631071 , if the issue only happens with infernum then this server cannot help you

Does it happen with calamity only, if so please restart your game and then send logs after testing it.
if it is only happening in mutiplayer make sure to download the Calamity Worldsync fix mod first, and send your server.log as well as the client if the issue persists
Report to the TML server and/or read the TML FAQ, it has some stuff about low FPS and launch options
