The official wiki.gg says providence and WoF don't spawn them during boss rush. WoF is spawning them. Providence works fine.

I'll give this a look later today, to see if it still happens with a minimal amount of mods enabled

I can confirm that both Wall of Flesh and Providence are in fact spawning their on-death boxes in Boss Rush. I'll attach my own log, as this feels like it would be useful.

Providence doesn't seem to be spawning it for me. It's weird that it is inconsistent between players
