how do I get a log file? im new to this stuff man also dealeting content folder didnt help

HOW TO GET LOG FILES (Windows, Mac, Linux, works on all 3):

Open Steam, select tModLoader in your Library, right click and Browse Local Files
Open the tModLoader-Logs folder and upload the client.log file to Discord

You can upload the log to Discord by either drag and dropping the file into the window while you are typing up your message, or by using the (+) icon to the left of the message prompt.

If you're playing multiplayer, also upload server.log from the server/host. Have every other player also send client.log if possible.

This is a client.log file, not a content folder
