I've beaten the desert scourge. I've tried everything I can think of such as zerg potions, and ultimate battler from luiAFK. It and the normal clams just won't at all spawn no matter what, and I've been trying for a while. I want mollusk husks for the Supreme Bait Tackle Box Fishing Station.

Mollusk husks are hardmode drops from those

#

And giant clams are rare and by boosting spawnrates you might fill the mob cap before they spawn

I second this. I too was not seeing the clam, and the mob cap was not filled
