Okay, so i decided to do a lot more testing into this.
So basically I believe that steam vents are causing some issues with charging weapons, stuff like Daemon's Flame, Flurry Storm Cannon, or like Phangasm. This causes them to go fucking buck-wild and repeatedly shoot out ammo. This leads to shooting absurdly fast, about as fast as Biofusillade. This can lead to dps like 10x what the weapon should be getting based on its original fire speed.
(If I were to guess, the vents are hitting some sort of projectile limit or something, but I have no solid idea of what's causing it)
