I find Dauntless kinda useless in Death Mode since every boss will mince through your health, so it's better to focus on regen so you can gain it back quickly.

ohhhhh I see what the problem was. I was using it on phase 2 plantera. Now, it generates up to 9 projectiles, that pierce 3 times, and every hit spawns multiple icicles

Yes unsafe dungeon walls also known as the blue brick wall and has a blanket (or not) to tell that it is unsafe.
To acquire unsafe walls you drop the normal dungeon wall into the aether pool (the crystally pool) and it will come out unsafe variant for biome detection
he comes back from time to time but hes invulnerable and hes just slowly sucking us into it
so we need unsafe walls?
Well at least I dont have this problem when i use those walls. And thats all i can think of. the wiki doesn't say that it will enrage or leave exiting the dungeon but i think it might be a factor.

Well I have never tried to fight the boss during lunar event. i just think maybe the lunar event affected the world enemy generation? I am not near my computer so i cant tell much.

Heās supposed to do that. Void loses health during that suck, and he will keep sucking if youāre in a certain radius near him. Staying near enough to him but not being sucked in will cause him to die. Itās like a final stand kinda deal

Guys can u say, in 2.1 update Calamitas reworked? When I fight with DoG, I was impressed by his reworked AI.
calclone and scal got new arenas and the former got visual touch-ups, but i wouldnt really consider it a rework

Hi, I am quite new to calamity and have it running on a local server (to play with the older kids).
Understanding that Calamity is an awesome free community mod, I haven't been able to find any information on when 1.4.5 is supported?
I can see the Brain update is quite new (and a big update). Assuming 1.4.5 probably breaks something for the mod(?), is the plan to "just" adapt to 1.4.5 or will it be a bigger update as well (requiring quite more time)?
Please don't understand this as the typical unapreciated "when ready? please fix!" - but more a curious question, understanding that things take time.
