Together, Alpha had 7 children and Omega 6, but eventually they would die fighting. After their death, their souls joined the world and birthed humanity from its myriad biomes. The 14 remaining Gods would unite and lead the planet, but eventually one of Omega's children, Abbadon, would instigate a war between all of them, leading to the death of every God and the disappearence of Delta, with the exception of Miguel, the last son of Alpha.

Their war left the world in complete disarray, only one part remained livable: the general vicinity in which Alpha and Omega died, the terrain being vicious due to the severe concentration of their soul. Miguel would help the humans settle in five distinct nations, and after doing so, vanished, as he did not wish to lead humanity when they did not need his help.

A few centuries go by, and a threat rises: a group called the Advenire, which seem to be comprised of the people who were not guided to the land of the five nations. Also, how did they even get away from having their soul absorbed? Were they disconnected enough from the auric dragons that no one assumed it had an auric soul? Did it just isolate itself enough that no one even knew it existed? And I assume the double-dipping applies to it as well
