it's quite obvious that primordial light is the light emitted by the sun, but we don't know if the sun as a whole is primordial light or if it's just what it emits (kinda like how stars in real life and even in calamity are not made of light, but they emit lots of it due to extreme nuclear energy production in real life stars' case and magic mana properties in calamity stars' case)

it's also one of the reasons why I based the Xeroc sunlight calc around sunlight rather than the sun itself
