I was going to say that the only way this could canonically happen is: if Braelor managed to escape the Distortion alive, Queen Slime and probably also Slime God aren't defeated, Signus is defeated, and they all manage to survive long enough to live after Silva's been revived (assuming that happens in a reasonable enough amount of time),
but Yharim will be dead by then so they wouldn't need to hold them back from jumping Yharim, and there's a couple other things I'm not 100% certain on (like Braelor surviving the Distortion)

Illmerian Scourge = Native to Illmeris, seemingly was also a filter feeder according to lore item, possibly was more adapted to a terrestrial enviroment than AS, though still marine (Maybe it lived in shallow waters and also was a good burrower?)
Desert Scourge - Post-Incineration IS, utilized it's already decent terrestrial capacities to fully adapt to the land-dwelling lifestyle. Had to become a predator to survive due to the lack of things to filter feed (Perhaps IS was already a partial predator?)

"Monsters" like Providence or Yharon. Or just a normal person like Calamitas. Killing/beating these guys atually have a bigger impact on the story.

And there's usually only like...one of them yeah.
