I know, legendaries aren't normally craftable, but if you have a Bone Key from farming the DG out of pleasure it makes sense since otherwise it's practically useless aside from vanity. Also provides an alternative method of getting it if you're that crazy.

Honestly, I'm not a big fan, for the same reason medusas were loathed during the early days of 1.3. A mob that makes you lose the control of your character for even a few seconds is would often be a death sentence, let alone if you actively try to get hurt. As the suggestion goes, there is is no indicated way to actually avoid this effect, so it would in practice be an exercise in frustration.
