i assume it won't break much since these ammo consumption effects stack multiplicitively but it'd be a nice QoL feature for rogues that use these

I think we all kinda agree that enemies are nothing, but a pushover most of the time
This is why I’m not a big fan of the massive sweeping nerfs to difficult vanilla enemies
I feel like that’s fine though. They give pushback when exploring in certain areas when you’re supposed to explore them, and exploring easier, earlier areas is trivial
It doesn’t seem like it’s being replaced with more difficult but fair enemies, so it just feels like gutting any chance of feeling threatened in normal exploration
The underground jungle is tough pre-boss because it’s supposed to be- you have the challenge of man eaters and hornets for the reward of jungle spores and jungle chests
Early hardmode and pre-boss is really the only time I feel threatened by enemies in cal
vanilla enemies nerfs from calamity suck in particular because as soon as you get a boss killer weapon (most if not all weapons on any stage) the enemies just vanish

Well it's definitely obnoxious but I don't think its impact in terrain can be ignored as that'll fuck with your footing. I used hardmode ores as the floor and side walls for that reason instead of using an unoccupied area

blood moon spawn rates are always going to be something argued over I feel
specifically because it is purely luck based on the moment when they first happen in a playthrough (outside of farming graveyard)
so you could get it before you fight a boss, or before you're about to fight yharon
there's a lot of things people have cooked up to counteract this, and I think reducing the spawn rates is by far the worst option since there's many more clever ways (letting bloody tear toggle it, making the chances scale in progression, have it only spawn once reaching a certain health threshold like EoC, etc.) than just gutting any chance of it spawning naturally
A 200 HP minimum makes sense
Some players may intentionally keep their health below whatever the threshold for natural goblin/EoC spawns are so throwing blood moon in there wouldn't be too crazy of a change

underground desert is like the hardest underground other than jungle and desert fossils need an extractinator and you can also just end up with practically no sturdy fossils, which is way more rng and harder to get than wulfrum which, if you just make sure the amplifier's minions actually get inside of its ring, literally guarantees the three cores on the first encounter
might be my luck, i'm just salty that i've spent 2 hours yesterday just to get those bastards

@shrewd topaz currently summoner balance is largely in the works so devs already have plans for rebalancing summoner in SSO, pretty much all summoner suggestions that impact balance will be locked due to this so I don't think this suggestion would pass

Hey so uh, lore and gameplay wise, it would make sense for the wings of the armors that make auric armor to also work with auric armor, or be combinable into some kind of auric wings with all the benefits combined

blood moon boosts all enemy spawns, so you might want to summon it for mob farming (especially in death mode)

I do want to point out Xeno Staff are not especially strong on PbG as it's a larger and tankier target, as opposed to Empress where they'd work better so when you combine that with Flak Kraken, Flak Kraken kinda skews it

@ashen warren since no one explained why tracers have less flight time to you, allow me to explain:
They give far more horizontal movement as well as on the ground due to being wings + boots; which frees an accessory slot that you can use to run whatever; even accessories that increase your flight time (Soaring/Ascendant Insignia, Aero stone, etc) if you feel that you're missing on it due to not running pure wings
Wings on the other hand dont give as much horizontal and ground mobility which is usually amended with accessories like boots or mobility boosters like Soaring Insignia (it also gives mobility, something vanilla does not tell you) or you have to struggle with the decreased horizontal mobility
It is in fact a tradeoff, now this doesnt mean that you should use exclusively use Tracers or Wings (altho I do agree that Elysian Tracers might need a slight bit of help)
