I think the fact they no clip through the wall is the big advantage
Hopefully that doesn't get fixed because I like when they kill shit off screen before I even get there

There are a number of options already to help out early game summoner so I don't really see the point in not fixing the bug
If the drones are too weak, buff them, not just leave a bug in the game
A wulfrum drone won't really be that useful for anything past eye of Cthulhu because it's base damage is like 20 or 30 lower than everyone else pre hardmode
But having two of them at once makes it semi useful because it stays on par with other shit like the eye and those little midget skeletons

There are a fair few other options you can get anyways

that time I opened 10 (or 20?) new worlds and kill moon lord in it, sometimes experiencing blocking different part of the world with random blocks; and some are left completely untouched
for the completely untouched one sometimes luminite planetoid can just not spawn, assuming is because main space planetoid + the surrounding planetoid spawn too close to each other;
but ya not sure if this is fixed already since it was passed as a suggestion

I think part of the problem with the visual clutter is that unless you have backgrounds off and are in hell it can be very hard at times to tell where the hell the projectiles are
Seeing the projectiles in the hallowed is part of the reason I fight provi in hell
Cryogen's projectiles were recently given a glowing outline
Perhaps something similar could be done for all of Provvy's projectiles
Probably a dark purple to fit the palette
Dark purple helps for the Hallowed Version although in hell I don't see that being particularly helpful

The filter on the screen, the filter on the background, and the filter on the projectiles themselves
Here are Underworld and Hallow in the now with no outlines
And here they are with dark purple outlines
As expected, they pop out a lot more
In terms of projectile outline pretty much any colour makes it way more visible ye

Enchanted Sword and Starfury do indeed have recipes as early as post-Desert Scourge
and Bone Sword is already dropped by an enemy in the Underground
The only thing it helps to provide a renewable obtainment method for is Terragrim, but the drop rate is so low and Cosmic Elementals such an uncommon spawn that I've personally never had it drop
Nor does it really need that renewable method, considering it's meant to be a special "secret" alternative to the Enchanted Sword anyhow

It's increadably easy to just miss literally every single lab in the game by complete accident if you don't know you're supposed to be doing that
Like, space lab is the exception but the other problem there is power cells since it's definitely not clear in any regard you're supposed to mine up the lab itself so you can get the factories and shit so you can get them
It is quite unintuitive without an outside hand to help out with what the hell is going on
I can remember at least 80-90 accounts in the last month or so of people in #help-advice-read-pins asking how to summon Exos or what the codebreaker is or how to get power cells, etc

More dialogue from the guide npc or even a hologram of draedon/calamitas moving in as a calamity exclusive guide npc would work as well. In the current moment all the guide says is a little bit of vague hints, mostly lore stuff rather than helping you to say what to do

I just don't personally find the way to build the computer new player friendly in the slightest and it took me 3 pts to figure out how the hell it worked (After extensive wiki lookup)
It's just unintuitive and by the time most players get that far they will have maybe a schematic or two (three if their lucky) and then just a bunch of missing pieces with no power cells (since they wouldn't know about the factorites) and no clear way to go about anything
Maybe if Sunken Sea and Space switched places in progression (as the player easily finds Space Planetoid) and have the schematic tell you that you will need the computer and power cells for later
when i first discovered labs, i was well into post-moon lord before i started building it
definitely, planetoid is always the easiest to get to
usually found as soon as a couple gravity pots are found
terraria, and in turn calamity, has some of the most dogshit entry requirements to understand the game. there's a reason we're called a wiki game. i just think trying to help the player a bit more would be nice, especially considering the obscurity of some of this info
