Maybe like a 'Lore Tome' or something, a 2x2 tile crafted using a book, table, and 4 silk that would look like a large book floating above a decorated table. As you add more lores to it, small glowing particles would surround it.
That would give me something to do instead of just reading and scrapping them. I like it!

I suggest in normal difficulty, removing SCal's 'minimum damage instakill' because I think I may have found a way to break the bank with damage reduction/defense. Currently trying to replicate it on a test character.
I think it's whenever core of the blood god and melee contact with scal kills me instantly...
Thus making it harder to kill SCal in normal (and possibly expert) than revengeance.
I'm pretty sure that SCal only instakills if you have godmode stuff on, or if you hit the hit cap.
She also instakills you if you hit < 20 damage from her attacks, or 10 with core of the blood god on.
Because that means your damage reduciton is nearly 100%
It's anti-cheat measures.
Same reason yharon can't take damage if you have over 2000 health.
Hell, even if you have too much DR, he goes invulnerable.

Suggestion: Change name of Calamity's Dragon Egg, as there's already the Dragon Egg pet item in vanilla
Since there is this trend of making infernados and other stationary attacks (Ravager's flame pillars) not deal damage atleast 1 sec after spawning, why not do this with duke fishron's Cthulhunados in phase 3, they are already annoying enough just being spawned, they don't have to be infuriating resetting your adrenaline 1 sec before being full, when spawning on top of you. (yeah, yeah, git gud scrub etc.), And yes I have read boss suggestions never get accepted(still dunno if this means bosses overall or just new bosses), but I call this suggestion to make a fight more enjoyable. Thinking about it, while writing now, I remember it is optional bossfight so it wouldn't need to be made easier because it isn't needed to be fought, but again which fight is now with the new system?

Shouldn't be there an improved version of the clentaminator? since Calamity improves and gives utility the majority of the useless weapons/items (or unused) in vanilla, so in this case you can have more control in the corruption because it gets annoying at some point (not to mention it takes long time to control the underground from the hallow or corruption)

How to offend a bunch of people, lol. These recipe browsers usually show everything else connected to it and some people like to find out on their own. For people who played through calamity already, that might seem useless, but for people who experience everything for the first time, it's probably gonna be cool. I played calamity with a bunch of people and this is one of the things that comes up quite often, a portable guide or book kinda thing that let's you browse recipes only connected to the current item you're looking up
Your answer is basically one spoiled by mods such as recipe browser, try to think for people who dont know everything yet

i don't have anything against it personally. the sense of wonderment and not knowing everything is a major part of the game and i get modding kind of revives that.

Generally if your suggestion gets a shitstorm it might not be a good one.
Apparently it's already been asked some other times before but never addressed. Make the Asgard's Valor and its upgrades able to dash without needing to have the visibility toggled on.
It's an incredibly minor nitpick, but I can't appreciate my vanity after a certain point in the game thanks to having it on at all times just so I can dash without needing another accessory.
And besides, it feels utterly pointless to have that toggle at all.

Supreme Calamitas' hit counter should be reduced to taking too many hits in a certain time frame. The wiki claims the hit counter is there to "discourage the use of powerful equipment from other mods to trivialize the fight" but with pure Calamity gear I still die 98% of the time to the hit counter despite it being there to counter-act other mods.
Make the Flamebeak Hampick able to mine Lihzard bricks. It's actually ridiculous that you need a picksaw to mine the ore, but that pickaxe made from the ore isn't strong enough to break it, despite being post-Golem.
The cooldown of Flesh Totem and Core of the Blood God's "half contact damage" should be a visible debuff, similar to the Scarf Cooldown and God Slayer Cooldown.

A hotkey assignable popup menu for when you begin the SCal fight.
make a ring of harmless fireballs spawn around the player during SC fight corresponding to the hitcount. taking damage also removes a fireball. when they're all gone, the hitcap activates and the player dies instantly

Buff Shimmerspark since its the worst yoyo in all of hardmode. The damage is very iffy compared to other HM weps and the stars deal almost no damage at all, give the stars a faster velocity as well.
Fix the Shimmerspark yo-yo projectile.
add traps to the abyss like sea mines and stuff
Replace the Ice Biome pyramid with a surface igloo. This would fit the theme of the biome much better, with the same loot accessible from the ice pyramid.
instead of going invisible, have Scal light up before a charge to let the player know where she is and what directions they need to be moving, its quite easy to lose focus of her location while trying to dodge everything else
a debuff for xeroc weaponry since it already has its own color of fire and cursed inferno is both quite underwhelming at that point in the game & really doesn't fit colorwise, even if xeroc weaponry would need its base damage lowered a little to balance it out.

Right now Mother Of All Balloons only contains 3 balloons out of 6. There are Green (fart), Pink (tsunami) and Honey balloons which are missed
I suggest following:
- Bundle number 2 containing those 3 missed balloons
- MOAB renamed to Extended Balloon Control Station (example) or something fancier, probably left with same recipe
- Actual MOAB will be craftable at Ancient Manipulator, using EBCS, bundle number 2 and Angel Treads, utilizing all the functions of materials
P.S. Bundle number 2 may be made more useful and actual competitor to Bundle of Balloons if added Hermes/better Boots in recipe, making it less effective but cheap (1 slot) option for late prehm movement. This probably requires changing MOAB design or adding hm version of Bundle number 2
Cross content with WeaponOut (Custom Fist Weapons, etc.)

Here's a wonderful suggestion. Can we make the summons from the Heart of Elements not be dyed when we dye our minipet. It'd be better if it read the dye from the dye slot on the accessory. If that's not possible, maybe making the heart of the elements all dye instead of just the center one. Also, i'm using chlorophyte dye which just turns it bright lime green even though it is a multicolor dye. Not sure how to code that, but it would be amazing if this could be changed!

Add recipes for the items that the traveling merchant sells (or add a recipe/item drop for what he sells)
The main focus should be on the items that are used for the PDA (in my opinion) so recipes for the DPS meter, Stop watch,katana, and Life form analyzer.

Crafted with 7 galactica singularites, 5 luminite bars, and 2 cores of calamity at an ancient manipulator.

Idea: one more storm ruler upgrade that spawns tornadoes or something. Similar to briny baron but the tornadoes spawn from the projectile, which would now be moderately homing

There should be a mount that is similar to the bee mount dropped by queen bee. It should be an upgraded one dropped by the plaguebringer goliath. The sprite of course should be plague ridden. I call it The Plagued Goggles.

increase the amount of weapons given for starter bag (if it's intended to help decide your class, if not disregard), only the throwing weapons though increase those to 150 each or more, it's extremely easy to jump through 150 total throwing weapons early game if you're going for a full thrower class playthrough. i'd suggest buffing mainly the shuriken to 200, and reducing the throwing knives to 50 (Mainly for the people that know about the crystalline, so they know not to waste any of the throwing knives)

Ever since I saw the newer Hivemind fight change, it made me think about the Perforator.
I had an idea to make the Perforator fight more interesting.
So currently as you damage the hive at certain marks, it will summon a small, medium, and large perforator worms. During that time, all it does when the worms die is just float there and spew its blood/ichor showers... so proposed an idea were maybe it has three behavior patterns:
The first behavior will make the hive act more active in its attacks rather than just spewing ichor and blood everywhere. This will occur once it spawns and when no perforator is alive. Once a perforator spawns, the hive could drastically increase in defense and do its second behavior pattern. Perhaps after each perforator dies, it gains a new attack.
The second behavior pattern is like what it currently does, shower the player with ichor/blood clot things. Once a perforator worm dies it should return to its first behavior pattern. Once the last perforator (the largest one) dies, the Perforator hive will do its third attack behavior.
The third behavior could very well be a second phase where it can do any sort of creative unique attacks that I couldn't imagine right away. This prolongs the fight and gives that sudden change for intensity sake and such. It doesn't have to be completely full on phase 2, but at least something different than taking easy shots.
I don't know if people already had ideas to improve the Perforator's fight, but this is what I thought would be a nice addition.
I'm not sure if this is actually possible right now based on what I was told about the Abyss but I'd like to see placeable Abyss Gravel walls and the ability to create artificial Abyss biomes.
Abyss Mimic:
A stronger version of other mimics. Only spawns in hardmode in the 3rd-4th layer of the Abyss. Drops Abyss chest items, tenebris, and planty mush. May get buffed post-polterghast and drop better loot.
It can also be summoned manually by putting a Key of Depth in an underwater chest (The chest must be underwater or the mimic will not spawn). The key of depth could be crafted with Depth Cells and Planty Mush/Tenebris.
Blood Boiler:
A crimson version of the Clinger exept its a bit different. When it sees you he will do a flamethrower attack that is yellow (piss color
) and inflicts Ichor debuff. At half hp he will deatach from his body and starts chasing you, also phasing through walls. Spawns Underground Crimson. Hardmode enemy.
Brain Crawler:
A Corruption spider that is 2 times faster then the Black Recluse. She will shoot 2 cursed flame bullets that cause the Cursed Inferno debuff, also shooting poisonous web shoots that inflict Poisoned. On death she releases Cursed Spider Hatchlings that will try to swarm you, 3 of them. Spawns Underground Spider Nest. Hardmode enemy.
(Repost due to suggestion bot) Is it possible make the summons from the Heart of Elements not be dyed when we dye our minipet. It'd be better if it read the dye from the dye slot on the accessory. If that's not possible, maybe making the heart of the elements all dye instead of just the center one. Also, i'm using chlorophyte dye which just turns it bright lime green even though it is a multicolor dye. Not sure how to code that, but it would be amazing if this could be changed!
Terra Spinner:
A terra-tier yoyo on par with the other Terra weapons. It would periodically fire out duplicates of itself (Like the Terrarian, except weaker and much less frequent), and has a 50/50 chance to apply Cursed Inferno or Ichor.

High Defense. Applies Holy Inferno to enemies that come into contact with you. Set bonus: Press Y (default, ofc) to gradually increase Defense/DR and life regen, but become unable to move or attack. While this effect is active, projectiles like the ones Providence targets you with fire at nearby enemies.
[TENTATIVE] The projectiles’ damage increases with your Defense, their knockback scales with your DR, and their rate of fire and/or velocity gradually increase the longer the effect is active.
Bonus idea: Alternative chest piece that buffs the aforementioned form, along with providing offensive bonuses for Summoners.
Bonus bonus idea: Perhaps the Summoner-focused one provides healing from Minion damage, while the other chest piece provides significantly greater life regen, and perhaps a melee steroid upon deactivating the active effect, which gradually decreases over a few seconds.

It would be a sentry style summon that would make a portal to DoG's dimension appear above your head and would keep following you.
It could fire a big laser similiar to moonlords along with 8 small lasers similiar to DoG's around the portal which would home in similiar to Cosmic Immateralizer's projectiles.
The Idea behind this summon was to have something that would be more viable for summoner to use on Yharon because the mechworm has some really inconsistent DPS.

Allow Greatsword of Blah to ignore immunity frames. Was using it in an effort to help deal extra damage to SCal only to realize it blocks all other damage as badly as the red devil does with the endgame shadow armor.
Furthermore many of those projectiles are wasted because the spawn rate for the projectiles is much faster than the standard immune frames.

Greatsword of Judgement/Blah Rework
Greatsword of Judgement/Blah are swords that are akward to use, with the downwards direction they fire in, ridiculous effects when used consistently like 99% of other weapons are supposed to be (except for summoner ofc) and inability to even decide the exact area they blow up at, unlike weapons such as the Nimbus Rod so, I came up with 3 ideas for ways they might better work:
- Add Nimbus Rod effect and allow for multiple clouds (with shorter duration.)
- Add Nimbus Rod effect and make the cloud's projectiles fire out in random directions all around the cloud at a very low velocity and increased existence time to allow them to stack up and run into enemies, and decreased dust emission to lower the lag they create.
- Add Nimbus Rod effect and make the clouds fire in the direction of the cursor, with or without multiple clouds
Auric Armor additions and slight reworks:
There should be, IMO, two sets of body and leg armor for the Auric Tesla armor, one for the Auric Knights (Melee, Mage, Summoners) And one for Auric Rangers (Ranged and Throwing).
The Knight Armor would have very slightly buffed defense while the Rangers armor would be a slightly weaker than the current body and leg armor.
The Ranged and Throwing helmets will not work with the Knight armor. This applies to the Melee Mage and Summoner helmets to the Ranger armor.
(NOTE: This idea came to mind when I was thinking about the Auric Tesla armor worn by Yharims Army and how ther could be two devisions in his Army.)

Vivid clarity: Right clicking will summon a large swarm of different colored light beams that chase enemies. Orange beams will Decrease enemy immune frames for several seconds. Green beams will cause enemies to be Inflicted a new Debuff called life drain Debuff Which makes enemies lose life over time and part of that damage goes back to you as health. Blue beams Inflict godslayer Inferno On Enemies.
Subsuming vortex: Right clicking will summon a large vortex around the player. Enemies take tick by tick damage when inside the ring. Getting hit by projectiles will summon several vortexes that Chase enemies while the ring is still active. This ability has a cooldown
Photoeviscerator: Right clicking will enable Inferno frenzy causing the weapon to have max crit chance and cause enemies to be Inflicted with every type of possible fire themed debuff upon hitting them (calamity & vanilla). This ability goes on cooldown after every use.
Heavenly gale: Right click to shoot a supercharged Exo arrow that pierces infinitely and travels very fast. Any enemies hit by the arrow will be hit by a powerful sky beam, and green pin missiles that do a lot of damage. This ability has a cooldown.
Celestus: Right click to have this weapon attack enemies the same way the possessed hatchet would but instead of making splitting projectiles like this weapon would, the weapon will create lux (light in Latin) mines around the enemy that Inflict Holy Fire On Enemy hits
Cosmic immaterializer: Having this summon target another enemy with the right click will have it summon triple the amount of projectiles on the first attack against the enemy. Only occurs once per enemy.

Disable the visibility toggle for the Asgard's Valor and its subsequent upgrades. It's a useless feature that can only see true use in one or two very niche situations, in which cases it can be remedied by just unequipping the damn thing.
And of course, there's also the minor nitpick that it ruins most vanity sets that aren't revolved around knighting.
Solaris Katana
A hardmode post-Provi sword that emits a special fire debuff known as Cultist Blaze, every 3 (or one) crits you make with the sword will cause an explosion on the next seing. Every 7 crits however, you'll fire a short ranged piercing laser instead.
Crafting recipe involves solar fragments, a katana, divine geodes and other stuff that may be included.
Praise thy sun.
Valkyrie
-The Valkyrie is a Post ML enemy that spawns in the Hallowed or Space Biomes. The Valkyrie looks similar to the Harpy, but with white wings and gold highlights. AI-wise, the Valkyrie acts like a Mothron or Plaguebringer: moving horizontally to the player and charging them back and forth. As well as that, the Valkyrie moves much faster than a normal Harpy and will periodically fire spreads of (homing?) feathers that inflict the Holy Flames Debuff while not charging.
-Drops: 5-7 Feathers, 3-4 Essence of Cinder
Quazer Storm
Inbetween upgrade betwen the Nuclear Fury and Vortex, Shoots Quazers that leave a trail of invisible lasers (similar to fab staff just a lot weaker) Post DoG and would upgrade into the vortex.
Either rework Xeroc armor to be a Thrower-specific set or add a new armor set for post-ML throwers, as right now they're just getting shafted and it's the only significant armor gap in the Thrower's progression. The vanilla luminite armors kinda fill in the space where most calamity armor simply has different helmets (since, during most of the game, vanilla armors-by-class are staggered throughout the progression instead of being available by self-similar means). I think that because of this, Xeroc really doesn't need to fall in line with the rest of the calamity armors and could do well to simply be an all-out Throwing class.

Worn Pistol
A common handgun given to adventurers and gunslingers when they start their journey. This is used too much though, so it won't be much of any use besides being a starting ranged weapon. Only found in starter bags, this cannot satisfy the Arms Dealer to come to the base. Comes with 50 musket bullets OR bullets that are exclusively used for the gun, but are uncraftable.
It can be upgraded to the vanilla Handgun, with a marking indicating that it's a repaired pistol. But it may also be a crafting recipe for a post ML weapon, chances are VERY unlikely however.

Plague Hive mini-biome
Upon Golem's defeat, say 10% of hive blocks/walls are converted to plagued variants. When enough are nearby, the spawn-list changes exclusively to Plague Chargers and Plaguebringers. When in this biome, entering honey gives you the plague rather than regen.
If both liquid honey and a plagued hive block are nearby, you can craft " Plagued Honey", a potion that restores 200 HP and makes melee attacks inflict the plague for 15 minutes, at the cost of giving you the plague for 30 seconds.
If by chance a pod used to summon Queen Bee is still around and in a Plagued Hive, it presents an alternative way to summon the Plaguebringer Goliath, encouraging players that hate grinding to leave a few behind to save them crafting Abominations.

Buff enchanted pearl to make it so you throw out an extra line for every 10 angler quests completed. Right now you wouldn't need any more fishing power considering you can get the Supreme Angler Tackle Bag, Angler Earring and the Regular tackle bag for an extreme amount of fishing power (alternate is to throw out extra fishing lines based on game progression. 2 post-levi, 3 post moon lord and 4 post Yharon)

It is a kind of large weapon that deals throwing damage
Left clicking will swing it around like a normal hamaxe, and it will destroy walls and trees at an insane speed.
Right clicking will throw the hamaxe, going through all enemies and blocks (idk if the projectile should return back to you or not)
Using either clicking mode, if it hits an enemy, it gives the player the buff "Armads Boost" for 5 seconds
Armads Boost - increases defense by 25, damage reduction by 5%, throwing speed by 10%, throwing damage by 15%, and throwing critical strike chance by 15%
Very vague suggestion but maybe the Goblin Tinkerer could sell more items, seeing as the three items he does sell that are actually useful are just the Workshop, Ruler and Rocket Boots?
Rework the Marnite Rifle Spear slightly: Give it two attacks. Its primary attack is its standard bullet fire, but if the player right-clicks, the Rifle Spear will act as a shortsword and deal melee damage. This is to give a little bit of reason to it being part "spear", hence its name.
Use a wrench-esque UI (the one used for wire placing) for the Astral Arcanum teleports instead, bound to a single key for enabling/disabling. Using 4 keys for a single item is kind of overdoing it, and takes up 4 keys people have to bind to a different key if they don't want the default because of position and/or because it's used by another mod.
Revengence/death golem should involve more attacks, like shooting out spiky balls, fire, and other lihzard traps to make it more interesting, and only be summonable in the temple until the first kill

Currently, the weapon Apotheosis is an objectively overpowered weapon that is capable of skipping phases of the Supreme Calamitas fight and is banned in no-hits for good reason. It's also the only dev weapon available before Supreme Calamitas.
The easiest way to solve this is to make it require 77 Shadowspec Bars in the crafting recipe, either in place of Cosmilite or as an additional requirement. Then, it's an overpowered reward for showing Supreme Calamitas who's boss.

Why it should be added: All classes have an unique buff but Throwing. Why should it be left out ?

Another thing: The buff from the station is very weak, how about buffing it to -10 defense instead of -4 ?
Suggestion 2: Battle Nexus
What it does: This background item combines every single arena buffs (except banners) into one easy to use item. When you enter its AoE (which is about 3x bigger than the AoE of things like heart lanterns), you get all arena buffs, namely : heart lantern, Star in a Bottle, Campfire, Sunflower, Honey, and the five class stations. It is also toggleable, and gives the Peace Candle effect when off and the Water Candle effect when on.
How it's made/obtained: Can be crafted using 3x Luminite Bars, 1x Heart Lantern, 1x Star in a bottle, 1x Water Candle, 1x Peace Candle, 1x Ammo Box, 1x Bewitching Station, 1x Sharpening Station, 1x Crystal Ball, 1x Knife Rack @ Ancient Manipulator
Why it should be added: This would give more incentives to build fixed arenas, and besides, it would be very convenient.

Adds holy fire and plague to bees and makes all providence weapons spawn bees on hits. Also has all ingredient effects. Based on the radiance from hollow knight because it’s basically moth providence. Or maybe it should make all projectiles spawn bees upon hitting an enemy.
Separate idea: make demonshade less shit compared to auric by giving the red devil the ability to ignore immunity frames and also maybe add vulnerability hex to all attacks
Noah's Mark: A boat-shaped gun that shoots boats, which fly around and automatically fire bullets at other enemies (likely without actual aiming). Made with Vortex Fragments, Abyss materials, and Cogs.

Drow
-The Drow is a Post ML enemy that spawns in the forest. The Drow is a dark elf; humanoid in appearance, but with blueish-grey skin and long, pointed ears. They attack using a bow at a range, firing arrows which change directions halfway through flight, appearing to “bounce.” When close up, the Drow will charge the player, tackling them and inflicting the Venom Debuff.
Drow Assassin
-The Drow Assassin is a Post ML enemy that spawns in the forest. Unlike the Drow, Drow Assassins wear a black cloak which hides most of their features. They are initially invisible, waiting for the perfect time to strike. When the player is within range, they will render them blind and attack with their dagger, inflicting the Obstructed and Venom Debuffs. After attacking, the Drow Assassin will become visible and wildly charge the player, no longer inflicting the Obstructed Debuff but still retaining the latter.
Dullahan
-The Dullahan is a Post ML enemy that spawns in the forest and the Dungeon. They are a powerful Drow mage, and appear as two entities: the dullahan’s headless body, which will charge the player and inflict the Venom Debuff, and the dullahan’s Head, which is invincible and flies around the player, firing bolts of shadowflame in a similar manner to the Perforator Hive until the body dies. When the body is killed, the head will vanish as well.
Drider
-The Drider is a Post ML enemy that spawns in the forest and in Spider Dens. They are a subspecies of Drow cursed with the lower body of a spider. They act similarly to other spider enemies, walking on walls when possible and on the ground when not. When they see the player, they will fire spreads of shadowflame bolts and webbing, the latter of which inflicting the Webbed Debuff. When in close quarters, they will lash out with their legs, inflicting the Venom Debuff.

Auric Knight: an enemy that tries to get close to deal damage. Inflicts God Slayer Inferno. At 55% health, they throw a sword boomerang at you while proceeding to come closer
Auric Warlock: a caster enemy that takes no knockback and summons extremely high velocity bolts that inflict the Stoned Debuff. Deals no contact damage. When at 30% health, they summon Ancient Visions and Phantasmal Dragons.
Auric Commander: High defense, fast moving. Summons Deadly Spheres to attack. Deals no contact damage. At 35% health, they start summoning DoG Probes.
Auric Sniper: behaves similarly to the Skeleton Sniper, Except moves around more often and fires two shots instead of one. The bullets have a 10% to deal triple damage. At 10% health, they start moving faster, whilst firing at the rate of the Vortex Beater
Auric Ninja: can cloak similarly to the Psycho enemy, but you can’t damage them when they are cloaked, but they deal 85% less damage when the are cloaked. They charge at you when they aren’t cloaked. At 35% health, they start throwing Auric knifes that inflict Elemental Mix
All of these enemies have a 20% chance to drop 4-8 Darksun Fragments and a 10% chance to drop 7-11 Auric ore

Change the crafting recipe for the Teratoma and Bloody Worm Food so you can make it before you beat THM or TP normally, so you dont have to create an arena for a new cyst or wait for a new one to spawn near your current arena. (Also perhaps it could use victory shards in the recipe)
Storm Surge's concept can be expanded on and the concept behind it seems to deal with an abnormally low ranged "ranged" weapon that ends up having the highest damage output out of most ranged weapons. All derivatives pass through terrain, and projectiles will usually hit twice before dissipating.

Overgrowth Dispersion
Crafted with Storm Surge + 15 Living Shards
The overgrowth dispersion operates similarly to Storm Surge, but autofires. Instead of firing one, it fires two green tornadoes in which each tornado has a 1/3 chance to have a slightly brighter green tint and create green tornado pillars (similar to the ones from Heavenly Gale, but lower damage obviously).
Elysian Hurricane
Crafted with Overgrowth Dispersion + 18 Divine Geodes, possible legendary?
The elysian hurricane fires 3 arrowheads in quick succession, piercing through terrain and an unlimited amount of enemies. Has the same speed as the projectile from Storm Surge, and lasts for 10 seconds. The arrowheads shrink in size successively, making it so that you need to stop using it for a short period of time to regain full potential.
(if a legendary, right-click should create a larger tornado that fires homing elysian flares. Tornado itself deals some damage, but the elysian flares overall have decent dps. Together, left click deals more dps but is harder to use, while the right click is easier to hit but deals less damage).
Void of Terror
DoG drop, or Elysian Hurricane + 25 Nightmare Fuel + 10 Cosmilite Bars
Void of Terror is essentially Storm Surge but has a really fast use time and auto-fires. Each tornado is nearly pitch black, dark purple, or dark blue, randomly. The pitch black ones ignore immunity frames, the dark purple ones home in, and the dark blue ones create blue tornadoes similar to that of Heavenly Gale.
Perhaps make it so that DoG is animated in the way that when his mouth gets close, it opens up, closing if either caught the player or missed.
DoG seems to be the only boss not animated, so far he’s just a cybernetic worm moving in a horizontal or ridiculously fast mess.
Same could go for various other worm bosses, it makes it a bit better.
For example, take the Apotheosis for example.
Draegloth (Revamp)
-The Draegloth is a Post ML enemy that spawns in the forest. They are a fiendish fusion between Drow and Demon, standing more than double the height of the player, with 4 arms, grey-black skin, and white fur. When they see a player, they will charge towards them in a frenzy. Their claws inflict the Venom and the Feral Bite Debuffs. When able to, the Draegloth will jump into the air and crash back down in a similar manner to the Ogre, sending out shockwaves in a large radius around itself. It will also pull up and launch chunks of the ground towards the player if it cannot reach them.

New bricks for endgame arenas and builders
Auric Bricks:
Currently one of the only ores without bricks (And a slime). So I think that auric bricks should be added, giving off a slight golden glow. Recipe is 25 stone and 1 auric ore, giving 25 Auric Bricks.
Exo Bricks:
The best of the best. Standing on an Exo brick gives you a buff that increases speed, life regen, and mana regen. Getting off of an Exo brick, you keep the buff for another 5 seconds. The recipe for these things would be 5 Nightmare Fuel, 5 Endothermic Energy, 5 Phantoplasm, 100 Auric Bricks and 100 Asphalt to yield 100 Exo bricks.

Have SCal turn into a pure red color or emit afterimages whenever she's going to next charge after the player instead of turning invisible.
When the player has to deal with invulnerability and she's attacking, it's impossible to see her otherwise. The only time she can be seen is with a health bar and that's not going to happen if she's invulnerable.
This has lead to some seriously cheap shots from her 'cause I can't see through the forest of shit going on during the fight.
Buff most of the pre-ml mage helmets, literally all mage sets excluding meteorite give atleast +60 mana. the only calamity helm that does pre-ml is ataxia. which, very surprisingly, causes nearly all vanilla armour to be better than the calamity counterpart for mage. if you're good at dodging statigel is somehow worse than the pre-boss combo of the wizard hat/Diamond robe/meteorite leggings. tl;dr calamity armour needs to give mana boosts to mages. at most you get a +20 mana from statigels -10% decreased mana cost

Cryolazer
A post-Cryogen/hardmode (flamethrower?) weapon that fires a laser beam of frost, freezing enemies that get into its path and inflicting them with a freezing buff or a frostburn buff.
Crafting recipe may include Cores of Elerum, but I dunno the rest. It may also be a Revengence drop too.
It can be upgraded to the Polar Beam, which is an essentially a post-DoG upgraded Cryolazer, but it inflicts both Freezing and Frostburn as well. Requires Cosmolite bars in addition to elerum cores.

Book Keeper NPC
This NPC has a unique NPC UI where it acts like a book.
-The UI will update for every boss that is killed. When all of the Non-Super bosses are killed, she will give you a 5 platinum coins and a Broken Tyrant blade. She will also give the summons for the Super Bosses (This is optional).
-Through your progression ingame, she will tell you events that happened in the story, though in a much more brief and condensed way.

In revengeance and above, pre hardmode blood moons have a 10% or lower chance to spawn possessed armors. They do not drop any hardmode items except ancient shadow armor 20% chance, and a 5% money trough drop chance

Just thought of this considering auric ore is the only ore without a slime, meaning there's a limited amount.
Yharim Hallucination
Just a simple 'clone' of Yharim that (severely, if Revengence) weakens (with a debuff) the player if hit, but they don't deal any damage then disappear shortafter. Indicated with a ghastly appearance. They don't drop anything if killed.
They only spawn if Yharon is killed and they spawn quite rarely, but its spawn rate is increased if they're at the jungle.
Make Desert Scourge have a low chance of dropping the Supreme Bait Tackle Box Fishing Station [0.1-1% Chance] only in Rev/Death

I know this probably won't get in but I had an interesting idea for Yharon.
Upon reaching 5% HP in Phase 2, Yharon comes crashing to the ground de-spawning all projectiles and ceasing all attacks, Yharon becomes invincible for five seconds (To prevent him from just dying right away). If the player doesn't kill Yharon within thirty seconds he gets up and fly's away, you still get all of the loot even if you let him live. Upon Yharon flying away the player is granted a permanent buff that doesn't take up a buff slot
Yharon's Honor/Respect
During boss fights and occasionally outside of boss fights, Yharon will occasionally fly in and unleash a barrage of high damage homing fireballs which attack enemies, upon falling below X% health Yharon will swoop in and absorb up to a maximum of # damage (This totals up) and unleash a smaller barrage of non homing fire balls.
In the event that the player kills Yharon they will receive a different buff

There should be a grappling hook or two. Seemed strange that this mod adds none.
Preferrably a hook that's instant to latch onto a surface and start rappelling the player.
Suggestion. A hook that instantly lets go upon the player reaching the grapple target , allowing the player to more easily keep hook momentum
Revengence mode grappling hook that hooks onto objects and releases instantly solely for resetting flight time without hitting the ground
Could have a short range but be super quick on the release and return
Fragluster Bomb
A throwable that creates 4 more bombs on impact and shrapnel flies over the blast. Crafted using some bombs, grenades and gel. I think.
Add a mine cart as fast as dog that requires a mechanical cart and 10 cores of calamity
Also add a yharon mount with a %5 of dropping in revengence mode and a 10% chance in death
Add a hardmode variant of Crabulon, maybe triggered/spawned in a surface mushroom biome. Scale damage and hitpoints up, while increasing the leap rate, firerate of projectiles, and movement speed of the falling mushrooms.
If possible, that revamp's death (if possible) could be a newer spawn trigger for the truffle, and then increase the value of his shop.
Scaled for an early hardmode fight, probably pre-mechboss.
Crabulon cultists for the mushroom biome late in hard mode. How could the perfect one NOT have devotees?
Have an Effervescence + Vortexpopper upgrade called the Bubbline that acts like it's namesake from Cave Story. Maybe the higher % Mana, the higher "level" the gun or the lower % Mana, the higher "level". Crafting recipe would put it just after DoG.
In My Opinion, you can judge me anyway you want, but i think you should nerf Slime God, if that boss is harder than the Wall of Flesh then it should be.
I want the nerf things such as Damage and Health Mainly, The Slime Gods' tank heavily and also dish out
Make Doggo v2 less vulnerable while he's still E X P A N D I N G after spawning. You can kill him on Rev in like 5 seconds with Eidolic Wail. Phase 1 is less exploitable due to him taking less time to move the tip of his tail.
Blood Moon Content in pre HM and HM, such as a boss who's summoner is made from an item that drops from a rare enemy, such as some sort of ghost type enemy capable of traveling through blocks, along with a new tier of armor stemmed from this material as well, on par with gold armor. Just a quick thought
Make Vivid Clarity ignore tile collision until some distance near the cursor. Also, buff the fuck out of it if it's going to cost 120 mana.
If nothing else, at least have a beam cast from the staff itself so you can actually aim it with some degree of certainty.

Slimegirl - a Town NPC based on the ever-so-popular trope. She could arrive after King Slime or the Slime God is defeated, would sell slime-related items (such as Gel and the Overloaded Sludge), and maybe some stuff related to Goozma. She would defend herself by firing those mines from the Slime God, which go a certain distance before slowing to a stop and eventually disappearing.
Eidolon Argolyst:
Eidolon Argolysts are Eidolons that spawn in the sky layer after Yharon is defeated, they are peaceful but once provoked they become aggressive, these Eidolons scan surrounding enemies, objects, etc that is around them and will eventually leave, Eidolon Argolysts should only be fought after SCal as their lasers will do damage only Auric and Demonshade can stand, these Eidolons can also Adapt to certain damage types however this immunity can be removed by inflicting them with Ichor which is a poison to them, if the player fails to defeat it before it calls backup 1-3 Eidolon Argolysts will spawn to aid in its battle against the player. If the player defeats them they will drop Eidolon Cores in tiers of three Intact, Flawless and Radiant each having their own rarity, these cores can be used to craft Eidolon based weapons that makes it so it does not allow the Eidolon Argolysts from adapting to the damage it is inflicted with. To indicate their location they make a Woosh like sound when they are in the area. Players can also place a Eidolon Core Lantern to increase their spawn rate but at a cost will lead to up to 3 to 5 to spawn at the same time, therefore it is recommended to craft weapons which requires these cores to defend yourself, weapons like the Vehemence and Soma Prime are a good choice when combating these Eidolons.
Make mortar round's explosion centered to their impact location.
Make heavenly gale's projectiles less luck-based and maybe in a pre-determined pattern
Also make the Shadowdrop Staff's projectiles more consistent, for example make them have a little less spread and more centered to the mouse. Makes it a little more less luck-based.
Idea for the birth of Providence: it didnt spawn out of nowhere, it was a moth caught in the angel demon war and thus has aspects of a moth, with its design and how it works. It would also explain its hiding in the Sun to escape the DoG and how it can be summoned in hell and the surface. It also explains why the providence themed enemies and sub bosses kinda look like Grubs/Caterpillars
Brimstone torch
There are two variants of this, one of which is a small version which acts like a regular torch, but much brighter and is waterproof. I think.
Second one is a large version, but it acts like a throwable weapon, it may or may not have unlimited torches... Torch your enemies and fry them like butter! Inflicts a brimfire debuff when hit. and expodes on impact.
note: can DEEP FRY food, if it is chicken...

Rod of the Profaned Slimer - Astrageldon Cane upgrade
Summons a blazing orange slime to protect you. Has wings like a Slimer and moves incredibly quickly. Shoots flames (such as those shot by Profaned Energy) at enemies and rams them. Guaranteed to cause God Slayer Inferno and Holy Flame on enemies it hits unless they are immune, in which case it gains extra contact damage.
Each Profaned Slimer takes up 2 minion slots.
Crafted using 8 Divine Geodes, 32 Unholy Essence, 12 Souls of Light, 1 Astrageldon Cane @ Ancient Manipulator.
Upon world generation, in the underground jungle, there would be some sort of pre marked queen bee hive, but you wouldnt be able to have the queen bee summoned there yet (i cant think of a way to prevent you from summoning her here, maybe she isnt fully grown yet?). After Golem is defeated, the usual message appears with the plague going through the jungle and stuff but instead of the plague being through the entire jungle, there is a specific section of the jungle, (around said queen bee hive) that is the plagued area. This is a new area where instead of having the plagued enemies spawn everywhere in the jungle, they spawn here. Also, the hive becomes plagued and if you break the queen bee spawner that was supposed to be there it summons plaguebringer goliath instead

Necroplasmic Hook: A post moonlord grappling hook dropped by Polterghast.
The Hook has two modes: The first mode being activated by the vanilla grapple hotkey. The second mode being activated by whatever you bind it to . The second mode only shoots one hook, but the hook will instantly de-grapple when the player reaches the target. This mode is solely for regaining flight time.

Magic weapon. Slow speed. Sends out a small blast (1-3) of rainbow crystals, similarly to a Poison Staff, that also leave behind a slightly damaging trail that persists for a few seconds.
Projectile damage is calculated as (current mana) x 0.35 until Hardmode, then 0.30 until Calamitas/Plantera, then 0.20 until Moon Lord, and 0.15 post-Moon Lord.
Pre-Hardmode example: Full Jungle armor + Magic Cuffs + Full Mana (300 mana) - 300 x 0.35 = 105 damage / crystal

Auric Assassin:
The Auric Assassin is a Terrarian that understands what the true motive of the terrarians are: To kill for power, The Auric Assassin was once a terrarian with the mindset of a world where he can befriend the monsters, the player will get this message in the textbox "Your consequences will not go unpunished" after the first to the last boss you fight. The Auric Assassin will be more difficult as the player progress and the name changes. When the player reaches Hardmode the Auric Assassin is renamed to Auric Elite Assassin and than to The Auric Terrarian after Moon Lord is defeated, The Auric Assassin is a threat that cannot be killed by normal means and instead must require the player to use Status based weapons against him as he is immune to other damage types except Status damage, the Assassin will spawn when this message appears "Your Actions will stop from here and on" if the player fails to defeat him, he disappears with the message "The Deed is done (Insert Player name) has been punished". The Assassin can also spawn while your fighting a boss in which he gets a boost to help save the boss from mere destruction (pretty much bad it you are about to kill Scal and he comes along), the Assassin is also equipped with 3 Signature Auric Weapons. If the player manages to defeat him the player is rewarded Blueprints of his signature weapons and can be sold for 20 platinum, the weapons are Opticus Beam Cannon, Auric Kunais, Broken Auric Justice and Great sword of Auric Justice.
These weapons are also effective against bosses like Supreme Calamitas or Yharon, to craft the full lset the items required are 400 Auric Ore, 120 Nightmare Fuel, 120 Endothermic Energy 150 Dark sun Fragments, 200 Phantoplasm, 25 Yharon Soul Fragments and 40 Cosmitebars (includes Broken Auric Justice), this boss is suggested to fight once the player has weapons that do decent status damage like Burn, Poison, Bleeding, etc.
Hardmode ore slimes (adamantite and such)
Spawn in the respective areas as altars are broken, and chlorophyte slimes could begin spawning post plantera
Make the Profaned Enemies all immune to Lava
I’ve noticed a pattern in bosses like plantera, poltergeist, and back then, even the lorde himself, the spin around the boss to win tactic. I think this is an extremely boring way to fight a boss and I know there are more bosses being served this injustice, I think these bosses should get a buff to their AI to make their fights more interactive and challenging, one idea is giving poltergeist a teleport like the B. Elemental. But in general these types of bosses need an AI buff for the reasons said.

Throwing Emblem (left image), would increase throwing damage by 15%. I was quite suprised calamity didn't add this. The Throwing Emblem upgrades into the Kurasama code (right image), which would have cores of eleum in it's recipe to make it post-plantera. The Kurasama Code would later upgrade into Nanotech. I believe these should be added as Throwing really lacks in early game/hardmode accessories compared to other classes.

Calamitas should get an alternate version of Living Shards, like how ichor:cursed flames, (although that would have to make it so every Terra item and the life fruit has to have a counterpart so maybe that's a bad idea
) because she's supposed to be a counterpart to plantera of sorts. maybe use ashes of calamity, because those currently have quite limited use. also, if this is to be put into place, maybe changing the Terra edge to instead be the Terra Blade's Calamitas counterpart would be fitting?
something easier to implement probably would be the activation of the post plant dungeon if you kill calamitas before plant

Make eradicator actually have a fast thrown speed
On the same track as Calamitas being an alternative milestone to Plantera, I think Cryogen’s defeat should initiate the spawning of red devils and lava bats in the underworld (which normally spawn after a single mech is defeated, but it seems fitting given that Cryogen is essentially a Destroyer alternative. That, and Cryogen’s lore has some relevance to the underworld).
[EDIT]: This activation should also apply to the Sea Scourge and Brimmy, given that they recently became mech alternatives as well.
- Sulphurous Geyser is a trap that spawns on the underwater surface of the Sulphurous Sea
- Randomly spews out a column of Sulphur, inflicting Poison (or a Sulphur related de-buff).
- The surface of the Sulphurous Ocean could use something to make it seem more dangerous than just something that looks like the inside of a toilet. (This goes for both oceans, regarding empty ocean surface)
- Unrelated I got this idea from that Spongebob episode where they try to find Spongebob and that one fish gets blasted by a geyser

Made this suggestion awhile ago in some form but I feel like I didn't say it right.
The old method of obtaining legendary weapons was such a rewarding grind since they stayed with you until the end of the game, very hard to get but very rewarding. Definitely my favorite part of the mod besides the bosses. Now its more or less slightly hard to get since rev mode but not as rewarding since many are useless for higher tier bosses. Unless I'm missing something, an update similar to this would be very exciting.

make yharim's gift actually viable. its super underwhelming as of right now, and i've never seen it used in any loadout by anyone, which is sad since its a drop from the final boss of the mod.

Proton buster: an idea I had for a spectralstorm cannon DoG tier upgrade. Uses flares as ammo, any flares are transformed into "proton slugs" wich travel in a straight line at high speeds and have different effects depending if you are using blue or red flares, red flares have a potent life steal and weaken enemies, the keep the ability to light enemies on fire, blue flares do way more dmg and can flash freeze enemies but they travel slowly and can't ignite enemies, blue flares would home on enemies but wouldn't pierce, red flares would pierce infinitely but wouldn't be homing. Obviously requiring a draedon's forge, it would need a spectralstorm cannon, 20 cosmilite bars, 30 phantoplasm, 2 dark plasma, 25 nightmare fuel and 25 endothermic energy. Why it should be added: I personally see spectralstorm cannon as an excellent weapon and it can help a lot in certain battles so I thought I could be even better with some more "explotaition" of its potential, I don't really remember but I think that it is a component of a high tier post DoG weapon so I thought I would be a really good idea a parallel upgrade for it, and if I'm actually wrong and it's not part of a recipe then even better chance for an upgrade. (Also old ghostbusters reference cuz' why not?).

-Having a chance to reflect projectile easily makes those two accs overshadowed by other accs. I'm thinking of changing it to something like this:
-Instead of making it a chance, make it guranteed to activates when you're below certain HP Threshold, so they can actually help save you from dying. To compensate, either give them long cooldowns, or make the effect only triggers once per life, liek Silva armor's set bonus.
Make a way to craft the paintball gun so you don't have to continually sacrifice the painter until it drops so making the elemental blaster isn't quite as horrid a grind.

Orichalcum:A purple elemental. Can becomes immune, once on the ground it can propel itself towards the player before the player can damage it again.
Adamantite:A red golem made of Adamantite. Quite slow, but takes almost no knockback. Very durable.
Titanium:Grey golem. When it stops and becomes immune, it’s storing energy for a powerful dash straight forward.
Chlorophyte:As long as a man eater ; attacks with bouncing chlorophyte balls at the player that behave like Plantera’s.
Where they're found: Uncommon in the Cavern, (both ennemies of each tier can spawn). Demonite/Crimtane in the Corruption/Crimson, Chlorophyte in the Jungle.

A coconut gun. That fires in spurts. All donkey kong jokes aside, I actually do want this. It would act as the pre-hardmode clockwork assault rifle, firing rather large coconut projectiles at high speeds, with acorns and seeds as ammunition. 16 ranged damage and made from 10 Palm wood, illegal gun parts, and 2 aerialite bars. it would make for a great little reference weapon, plus it would give love to the burst fire weapons.
Fire imps should have a 5% chance or less to drop the flare bolt

A post moon lord upgrade to the Venus magnum. It does not auto fire, but does a ton of damage per shot.
Crafted with a Venus magnum, 5 souls of night, 7 meld bars, 2 luminite bars, and a revolver. Shots fired have very high velocity.
I like the venus magnum, and want it to get some love, thus, I thought of this weapon.

Made with an eyepatch, 5 adamantite bars/titanium bars, 20 corrupted powder/Crimson powder, and 5 ashes of calamity

The damage modifier can range from 10-30% damage depending on how much light there is
I think this would make for a unique accessory, with lots of utility. And I've never seen anything that does something like it.

Melee sword , made with star fury and stardust
Fires 2 astral stars from the sky ( purple and yellow ) and auto swings

- Alchemist's Sack is an item with a purpose to carry a number of potions/buffs and the like inside.
- Pressing your usual Buff hotkey will use favorited potions inside the sack.
- Similar to a Money Trove, you use the item and opens up an inventory space and allows you to insert potions.
- Favorite the potions you would want to use and keep unwanted buffs unfavorited.
- Crafted with 10 Leather, 5 Glass Bottles, 1 Diamond, 1 Ruby, and 1 Sapphire at a Loom.
A lot of people have problems with a cluttered inventory space, and I, for one, usually have many potions in my inventory, which is a cause of clutter. This item is for convenience, a less messy inventory space, and isn't too grindy to craft. My original process of acquiring it was to be sold by the Wizard or some other pre-hardmode NPC, but I thought about just having to craft it using easy-to-find materials would strengthen my point of convenience.

Hallowed Knight - A rare enemy that spawns in the Hallow after one Mech Boss has been defeated. It's a humanoid mob wearing full Hallowed Armour, riding a Unicorn, and wielding a Gungnir.
The Hallowed Knight will spend most of its time charging at the player, like a typical Unicorn, however it has much more jump height than normal, and a vastly extended hitbox due to its Gungnir.
The Knight has a chance to drop Hallowed Bars, and can serve as an alternate method of collecting the bars instead of forcing the player into grinding the Mechanical Bosses.
Add Brimstone Lava to the Profaned Crags, which deal a lot more damage than normal lava and generates Charred Ore if it makes contact with normal lava

Enemy Suggestion: Soul Consumer (Miniboss)
What it does: Shoots Brimstone Hellblasts to the player and ocasionally shoots Abyssal Fireblasts, which makes it a dangerous enemy.
Where it's found: Profaned Crags Biome in Post MoonLord
What it drops: Rare materials to upgrade Charred Ore/Brimstone weapons in late-game.
Why it should be added: Since Profaned Crags is about to get some love anytime soon, these ideas would come handy, besides, Charred Ore and Profaned Crags deserve more stuff.
Make Asgard's valor cost less than 2 platinum coins to reforge. IDK if sell value needs to be adjusted, but I just went to the tinkerer and was unpleasantly surprised to see the absurd amounts it cost to replace the "fleeting" prefix. This would be fine on a post-ML item, but for just after Plantera this is far too expensive.
More furniture and block variety, the mod really lacks it. Many sprites are already finished for furniture and all that needs doing is for it to be added. Not much effort at all

Buff Forsaken Saber. At the point the player is able to get it (Sand Elemental+Titanium/Adamantite) the player has access to much better swords, such as True Caustic Edge (piercing, debuffs, and reliable projectile velocity) and Phoenix blade (massive size, insane DoT debuff, healing).
Forsaken Saber, while its projectile mechanics are unique, just doesn't have a lot going for it.

Make Auric tesla moved to post draedon with the new changes to progression. It makes more sense to me that Yharims smith would know how to make his armour (rather than everyone) To make this work,a set in between isnt really needed? SIlva would have to do against Draedon.
Imo auric ore should still spawn after yharon, but only be usable for weapons (missing some critical component from the armour recipe, maybr the tesla part

What it does: The ancient helmets would be vanity helmets with the same appearance as the helmets before they were split into class specific versions.
How its made: They would be made in the same way as their class specific versions but with half the requirements.
Why it should be added: I think many people really liked how some of the helmets looked before they were changed and it would be nice to have them as vanity helmets.
Rename Planetary Annihilation. It sounds waaaaaaay too strong to just be a post-ML bow.

Make the Yharon drops craftable from Bumblebirb’s drops + soul frags, so you can fight phase two with some of his drops. For example I was doing a launcher only run and after phase one I got the sword, and I couldn’t use the chicken cannon against phase two. Just something I thought could be a little helpful

Dunno how difficult this would be to implement, but possibly add an equip called "Midas Boots" made from the greedy ring and any hermes-type boots. It could convert items underfoot into copper coins. It would reduce the profit of most items by converting them to less valuable coins, but it would add convenience to farming for coins.
since people are making suggestions since evan is nicely logging the ones reaching 35 stars. make all dodging items unable to dodge while armageddon is active. it'd eliminate the problem of the counter scarf bugginess in no-hits and you'd also die if you actually should've been hit.

i suggest this cas it every time takes forever to heal fully at storm weaver progrece level and at DoG my npc are dieing over and over again beacas they have more time to spawn when i summon DoG and then they die at the point they spawn and i need to wait for ever for them to spawn again (this is no joke if NPC will drop gravestones when they are killed my base will be floded with them at DoG stage)
another suggestion, for slime god. please make the ebonian one more aggressive and fix his spawning as well, every time i attempt to no hit SG it starts off with a borderline religious dash because it spawned so far away. and it just keeps dashing because all it ever otherwise does is jump up spawning mines and nothing else.
Could the dash/flying both of the slimes have be removed if not slowed? It feels way to fast and also yeah if it spawns far of I can't dodge it

If Calamity is getting a title menu screen/theme, then a good option to have is a setting to change it back to vanilla. I love Calamity mod, but I'm playing Terraria, not Calamity; don't do what mods in the past have done before (such as Aether mod for Minecraft) and take over the title screen completely. Personally, I find the default Terraria screen to be more appropriate, especially for multiple mods. Allow the player to choose between Calamity menu or Terraria menu, and have the game save your choice so that you don't have to change it every time you start the game.

Null Eidolist
Null Eidolists are one of the most annoying of all of the variants, they have an Aura that Nullifies any accessories the player might have Yes Even LuL this makes them a nuisance and should be killed immediately. They have Red stripes on their clothes to differintuate themselves from others.

Luminite Armor - Post-Moon lord Thrower's armor, just like Melee has Solar armor or Mage has Nebula armor. Would buff throwing damage and speed stats. An idea for it's set bonus would be reduced throwing usage (chance to not consume throwing items) and throwing weapons leaving behind mines as they are thrown. Would be crafted with galactica singularities and Luminite bars.
I hope this is complete. I don't think this should a be a mini-boss, but based off what it drops, maybe. Up to devs.

Stygian Weaver: A tall, dark humanoid that can easily unravel itself into threads. It's attacks are as follows:
Melee (He teleports infront or behind you and attempts to stab you with his razor sharp thread-like tendrils. This can be deflected by using a sword. It can rip through shields, however. )
Ranged (He summons dark orbs of pure shadow and launches it at your direction. If it's glowing purple, it's a homing attack.)
How he can move around: He turns into a thread and flies to a random location about 20 blocks (idk) away from the player.
In my opinion, the crags are kinda bland cause there are only 3 enemies that you can find there where every other biome has quite a bit of different enemies. I think there should be another enemy in the crags, like maybe a mini version of the brimstone elemental or a demonic version of a wyvern. i feel like that would make the crag better.

Here’s the cure for what ails ye. A crag enemy that acts like a clinger, shooting bursts of three abyssal souls at the player every so often, then a bouncing fireball. Drops essence of chaos and, post providence, bloodstone.
Add Chlorophyte to Ambrosial Ampoule's recipe, but make it not require an Ancient Manipulator.
Why Ravager obtain true power after Providence, but Golem doest have same? 
Suggestion: Buffing all vanilla bosses through Calamity progression.
How to work:
After WoF old death monsters together with regular mobs grow strength.
EoC increases hp to 6700/10120/12100/17000, shoots low accuracy, but deadly (>90 dmg) laser and dash with tremendros power.
EoW increases hp to 16345/19850/22100/28000, attempt to more, more, more, MORE struck player with his head (65/130 damage).
BoC increases hp to 10000/13400/15000/19750, his creepers move with much greater speed, and boss on phase 2 attempt dash to player.

During the Armageddon mode,
trying to use RoD while you have Chaos State will instead do nothing at all; this does not create a fake complexity, as in the Claire suggestion, but it does not create unnecessary actions like throwing a hook like in WeaponOut.
An enemy that zergs you on hit for a short time
A normal mode dash item other than the tabi would be great, the siren can sit on you unavoidably without a good dash and there really aren't any in normal mode before that point (Don't call me a casual, I'm playing with a less skilled friend and boss scaling is a bitch)
Eidolon Gargoyle
A Post-ML Enemy that spawns in the underworld. They are similar to the demons but are larger and have a black/purple color scheme., as well as large horns on the tops of their heads. They have a 20% higher chance of dropping the same items Eiodolon Wyrms do. In addition, they also nullify Shadow Dodge for 1 minute when you are hit by one, and each of their attacks has a 5% chance to triple your last hit and throw it back, causing massive damage

What it does: Summons some kind of powerful thing that only takes up one minion slot
How it should be obtained: I guess a similar recipe to the Cosmic Immaterializer, but with different summon weapons (such as the Cosmilamp and the Mechworm.)
Why: Summoners really have very bad dps against Supreme Calamitas, making the fight a lot longer and harder than it should be.
This may be much to ask for but add a new pillar to the lunar events that has to do with the throwing class, and add throwing armor for post plantera. The pillar’s color should be yellow
An actual boss for the Abyss, maybe something called the Eidolic Overlord? Summoned at an altar at the bottom of the abyss Post-DoG but pre-Yharon, and acts to upgrade the abyss weapons
Ex: Calamari's lament -> Cthulhu's lament, Eidolic Wail -> Call of the void?
pet versions of all the heart of the elements waifus (we already have brimmy and siren) that can be crafted into a heart of the elements-style pet that summons 5 pets (and one light pet)
minor thing but make cloneamitas's speed more consistant, i've noticed she seemingly moves as fast as if not slightly faster than the player in phase 1, yet in phase 2 she seems to fluctuate between as fast as and slightly slower than the player, which has lead to multiple (half my failed attempts) seemingly random laser splits earlier than i've expected (aka they were splitting closer and closer, where-as phase 1's lasers are all quite consistant on where they split) this would be fine if it weren't for the random brimstone fireballs making it a little too risky to slow down slightly to let her catch up

Summons a stationary cosmic anomaly that shoots a powerful beam of light (like the lunar portal at enemies).
This summon also releases rainbow energy mines that explode after a short time and inflicts a new Debuff called rainbow inferno (brimstone flames, day break, Ichor, plague fire, frost burn, and shadow flame).

Server suggestion: Add a discussion room for bugs, like how there's a discussion room for suggestions. Would probably make it easier for mods (as opposed to having to sift through the vast majority of discussion and repeated bug reports), and makes it easier for users to look through the room to see if the bug has already been acknowledged. Maybe have users star messages to indicate that they've encountered that bug as well.
Make Eidolists not drop Lunar Cultist armor in the Abyss. It's currently a guaranteed waste of 2 inventory slots (for a whopping 4 gold total) per kill, which is negligible at the point in the game when you'd be killing them at the bottom of the Abyss.
