I feel like that Aquatic Scourge should drop materials to upgrade the Victide Armor and weapons, considering that it is Desert Scourge’s relative
So every Victide piece can be crafted into a new version
that would be cool
also I think Daedalus Stormbow needs to be nerfed (again, I think)
don't make it completely useless but at least make it as hard as using other weapons
because I beat Destroyer in Rev mode in like 20 seconds and the fight just isn't fun

really simple idea i had just now:
Have the ability to put abyss gravel and/or sulphurous sand through the extractinator to get things like Depth Cells, Tenebris, shells, coral, etc
Sulphuryo - a pre hardmode yoyo that has a chance to drop from all sulphuric sea enemies, also drips poisonous sulphuric water (Much like the gods gambit)
@frank berry that would be a little odd considering that once you beat Plantera you can just mine out the biome instead of killing enemies

Been requested and brought up several times before, but redo victide summoner set bonus. The true damage seashell boomerang bit is basically useless, since seabound staff(which is what is going to be used at this point) can't even resummon the starfish, so no reason to keep clicking. The set also sacrifices one minion slot for a rather bad urchin when it comes to boss fights, so either redo urchin to make it better, or keep urchin and give back a summoning slot.

Summons have a very hard time keeping up with many bosses, needs to be addressed

reletively small suggestion, but let abyss gravel and sulpherous sand merge with eachother, along with some common building materials and things it would normally come into contact with.
e.g stone, granite/marble+ smooth variants etc.
it'd make building on the sea a little less ugly, and make seeing the edge of the abyss a lot less ugly.
also music box for the sulpherous sea
and also maybe some buffs for victide's mage helmet
it gets severely outclassed by the gem robes
and aerospec may need a buff as well,

1 example is slime god core, none of the minions can keep up with it grom that era

another issue with them is you can't direct a summon to attack things in the abyss until they take damage

1 making the spirit generator upgrade into something that boosts minion speed

Make it so that you can disable/enable the dash on the diffrent Aegises using a keybind and not the visabilty thing
Its very big and hides your character but currently you cant hide it so you're stuck with a big ugly shield
Right click abilities for Exo tier weapons
Exoblade: Right clicking will summon a barrier around you that gives large damage resistance. While in this mode, movement speed is decreased by a lot.
Vivid clarity: Right clicking will summon a portal of light that shoots out beam projectiles at enemies that don’t bounce.
Subsuming vortex: Right clicking will summon several vortexes around the player causing enemies to take tick by tick damage upon contact with you for a short time. After that time the projectiles will chase enemies like the Weapon does. This ability goes on cooldown after every use.
Photoeviscerator: Right clicking will enable Inferno frenzy causing the weapon to do more damage and have more crit chance and causing enemies to be Inflicted with every type of possible fire themed debuff upon hitting them (calamity & vanilla). This ability goes on cooldown after every use.
Heavenly gale: Right click to shoot a supercharged Exo arrow that pierces infinitely and travels very fast. Any enemies hit by the arrow will be hit by a powerful sky beam and green pin missiles that do a lot of damage. This ability has a cooldown.
Celestus: Right click to have this weapon attack enemies the same way the possessed hatchet would but instead of making splitting projectiles like this weapon would, the weapon will create large explosions on enemy hits.
Cosmic immaterializer: Right to summon a stationary cosmic anomaly that shoots a powerful beam of light that does tick by tick damage at enemies. Stays for a brief amount of time then disapears. This ability goes on cooldown after every use.

~Anchorfish~
-The Anchorfish is an enemy that spawns in the abyss. (Spawns on a layer, would probably make the most sense on the 4th layer cause you know... 'anchor')
-This enemy will be anchored to the floor, when the player gets near or the enemy is attacked it'll burst upwards and try to be above your player, it's movement is jagged (being pulled by the anchor), it'll try and drop the anchor on the character, sinking down with it. This enemy will stop sinking down once it reaches a solid block or the player then this enemy will shoot up again.
-As the anchor hits a solid block or the player it'll shoot out small anchor projectiles acting akin to demon scythes.
A bindable button to disable dash instead of visibility!

buff the auric tesla and eye of extinction recipe. the tesla set is too damn easy to craft for such an overpowered armor, now because of the helmets. i also feel like the final boss summon should be a little more grindy than a few mothrons and a single ice queen and pumpking

Also, probably give it another summon slot, and keep urchin set bonus the way it is, except without as much damage. You can keep this from being too op, by stopping victory shards from being dropped by Cnidrions. DS is doable with wulfrum for sure(this change might also mean some wulfrum buffs), so this means that victide would be post DS now, justifying the buff. As it is right now, the fact that wulfrum armor allows another summon means it outclasses at least the summoner set.

These Phantoms can only spawn after SCal is defeated and can spawn in player bases when approach the phantom may either disappear or distort the player's vision before vanishing, however if shot by a eidolic weil they will drop a Catalyst Fragment if 5 fragments are collected text pop up on screen like a death message but instead says for example [The Lost Seas Completed] and if the player interacts with a bookcase they will be prompted with a message if they'd like to read through completed Catalyst Fragment entries each entry may yield information of other events or information for example [Auric Army, Goblin Labour, Auric Leadership, The Undead, The Insects, Etc] however if the player moves their Cursor around a bit they may hear Static and as they get closer to the source and eventually touches it they may listen to dialog from either Calamitas, Yharim or Draedon this may also allow players to learn more about the lore other than going through the wiki or through boss dropped lore

why do the crawler type enemies (amethyst crawler) shoot their jewels like an amethyst crawler would shoot a player, but if a ruby crawler shoots at you it would do more damage than an amethyst crawler. Can you program that in the mod? would be nice.

buff draedon's heart to not be severely underwhelming and/or somewhat viable
A. make the bonus healing override all other lesser healing effects
B. this should also apply to the HoD, but make the passive rage built scale with the adreniline upgrades.
(so 45 seconds, 35 seconds, 25 seconds, 20 seconds respectively) if this is too OP maybe double or 1.5x the amount of time for adreniline to build, in other words something not painfully long but not too short either.
C. simply make the bonus stats not dependant on the heart attack debuff. imo it's quite dumb it's dependant on a debuff to activate.

Right click abilities for Exo tier weapons
Exoblade: Right clicking will summon a barrier around you that absorbs damage. Once the maximum amount of damage has been absorbed, it will be unleashed in the next attack you do with this weapon dealing insane damage for that one shot. While in this mode you will gain heavy damage resistance and lose a heavy amount of movement speed.
Vivid clarity: Right clicking will summon an aura of light that shoots light homing light beams (like the wrath of the ancients ones) at enemies that deal no damage but decrease damage and defense. Has a cooldown after every use.
Subsuming vortex: Right clicking will summon a large vortex around the player. Taking contact damage from enemies will cause the enemy to take tick by tick damage when hitting you. Getting hit by projectiles will summon several vortexes that Chase enemies.
Photoeviscerator: Right clicking will enable Inferno frenzy causing the weapon to have max crit chance and cause enemies to be Inflicted with every type of possible fire themed debuff upon hitting them (calamity & vanilla). This ability goes on cooldown after every use.
Heavenly gale: Right click to shoot a supercharged Exo arrow that pierces infinitely and travels very fast. Any enemies hit by the arrow will be hit by a powerful sky beam, and green pin missiles, and summon holy mines that blow up after several seconds that do a lot of damage. This ability has a cooldown.
Celestus: Right click to have this weapon attack enemies the same way the possessed hatchet would but instead of making splitting projectiles like this weapon would, the weapon will create lux (light in latin) mines that explode and Inflict Holy Fire On Enemy hits
Cosmic immaterializer: Right to summon a stationary cosmic anomaly that shoots a powerful beam of light that does tick by tick damage at enemies. Stays for a brief amount of time then disapears. This ability goes on cooldown after every use.

and since i love the idea of r-click exo-weapon abilities but dont quite agree with I-AM-DEAD's (iknow im a scrub for this) here's me ideas:
Exoblade: Does a heavy dash-slash in the direction of the cursor, giving the player invincibility and leaving behind an i-frame ignoring reality rift (10 second cooldown)
Vivid Clarity: Fires a shotgun-blast of exocrystals that all shoot chain energy to one another and shortly dissapear after at slow speed
Subsuming Vortex: Creates a large I-frame ignoring vortex at the cursor that pulls enemies towards it and turns them into homing exobolts on death, but rapidly consumes mana
Photoviscerator: Fires a laserbeam that splits into 5 homing lasers that split into 3 more homing lasers each at a slow speed
Heavenly Gale: Fires a MASSIVE wave of homing white exoblasts (about 200 in total, at a 160 degree radius) at a very slow speed
Celestus: Throws mini-celestuses that slash multiple times like Influx Waver at insaneky fast speed
Cosmic Immaterializer: Creates a rainbow vortex (15 seconds) at the cursor that fires out homing blasts in a radial pattern at insanely fast speed, the summon itself has a 30-sec cooldown
All those ideas are cool, but some seems very painful to code lmfao
Perhaps a non-spear/pike/trident polearm, such as a glaive. So it can act like a spear, in stabbing people, but also can be swung for slashing and hacking wounds instead. I'd assume that this would be a left- vs. right-click mechanic, so hopefully not too hard to implement. I reckon this weapon should be available at the third quarter of hardmode, and a potential upgrade (larger, faster, fires projectiles when stabbing, and a large energy-based slash hitbox in front of the blade when swinging, similar to the Arkhalis's or Murasama's) in very late hardmode/mid post-ML?
It's just that spear, like yoyo, feels like a very bland and underdeveloped subclass when swords rule (similar to magic guns for mage, launchers and flamethrower for ranger, and sentries for summoner).
I don't want to provide any specifics such as damage values and crafting recipes because A) I prefer to leave ideas open to the creative freedom of others and B) I'm terrible at balancing, items or otherwise.

This is mostly because fighting astrogeldon slime with Armageddon is surprisingly hard
