No there is a way more efficient method.

First you disable 50% of the non-required mods, then if the problem is gone you enable half of the disabled mods, if the problem is still gone you enable another half of those mods and finally you will just have the mod that causes the problems

What I like to do for him is literally just fly up, then pogo stick down during when hes ramming at me and commander is making the fire pillars.

When the commander travels to the middle and starts shooting fireballs, I like to hug the left/right wall of the border and fly into it while moving up and down to dodge the fireballs while using the ram dash key to ram dash into the wall whenever the defender is dashing at me

For the attack where commander and healer ram at each other and create fireballs, I just ram dash out of them into a direction with very few fireballs

Prismas pristine potions is a qol mod that adds all sorts of npc that sell a bunch of items ranging from buff potions and alcohols, blocks and decoration all the way to enemy drops and accessories

Nycros no-hit adds configurable qol options that you can use to make boss fights simpler, such as disabling rain when fighting bosses or disabling enemy spawns during boss fights. It can also give you a stat panel of the boss youre fighting every time you die or win, that tells you stuff like how many attempts you have taken and how much time you fought the boss for.
