I would use gts over brain as kb immunity is very nice, and that 15 defense will have a bigger effect overtime if youre getting hit more than 1-2 times every 30-60 seconds. It all boils down to preference though. Also GTS buffs the slagsplitter to oblivion, it procs like 2x more often per ram dash.

So slagsplitter and gts have a huge synergy between each other

Everybody makes mistakes and nohitters screw up too. The i-frame cap lasts longer than you'd think, so when you get hit (because you got bad positioning or something) then it lets you get back into a good position without worrying about avoiding attacks in the way
