It's a really small issue, but Solyn's food doesn't count as well fed for the Constant seed feature, but does override vanilla well fed buffs. Add in Fargo's and you can't eat normal food to fix this issue until you put the tasty rolls away in a box somewhere.

if you put him in a jungle with the painter his hapiness will be high enough so you can buy a sky mill, place it, then break it, then buy a bunch of sky mills from him and stack them on top of the other sky mill

then sell those for huge profit

Dogma is stupid fast so there isn't too much you can do

You can improve your odds with better spacing and equipment

Improving vertical speed via dropping Nebula Mantle, Vortex Booster and Celestial Tracers if you're using them can help

Additionally boosting Jump Speed via something like Bounding Potion can similarly help

Spacing properly is debatably the most important part, but the ideal spacing is based on personal preference

Staying further away improves the amount of room you have but makes it harder to react

Staying closer is the opposite. Less room to play with but easier to react

The spear aims at your location directly and will eject flames perpendicular to whatever surface it impacts, including the lava

Additionally it'll go diagonally if it hits a corner
