Best legit method I've found so far is farming skill points by drifting up and down the beach drag strip and then using them on a the 1982 Porsche. The car costs 150k, and with 21(?) skill points you can unlock a wheelspin and a 300k credit perk. Not terrible for the few minutes it takes to farm the points.

Theres also cars with bonuses to make the grind quicker (drift bonus or 7x multiplier).

Is to create a custom job at the high way, and since forza give credit based on the distance, u can make it a long round-type race without any check points.
