yeah, the pc port is horribly optimized. you have to keep detail distance, view distance and traffic density below 70 else the game breaks

preferably around 30-40

even then, there's a lot of stutter. thankfully, it can be alleviated by using dxvk (already included with proton), which converts directx calls to vulkan (mostly used to run windows games on non-windows platforms like linux, but generally it makes games perform better lol)

for the paleto score if u think u can avoid taking a lot of damage you can make a bit more money by using a shitty gunman and getting him killed and picking up his bag but firstly choosing packie or chef is the safest and secondly you need to keep darryl (6%) alive for the big score and the fib raid if u choose the obvious approach for both so you can make the most amount of money

so youd want to kill off a gunman who takes 7% or 8% since youd only need one of them

that means either norm or welsh

for the bureau raid take rickie, daryl and taliana to make the most on the roof entry

and for the big score take daryl, norm or welsh (whoever is alive) taliana for the heli and karim denz (7% driver) for the train

I don't think Franklin abandoned Lamar at any point in the story. Franklin wants to move out of this life and I'm sure he wants the same for Lamar, he is just so stubborn about it. I feel like The Contract DLC really showed us more of their dynamic, like Lamar suggesting that Franklin been doing shit like since preschool (he didnt want Lamar to blow up Dre operation just by him being himself) but for me it's just a sign of Franklin protecting Lamar

And Lamar being stubborn as hell is just not having it. That's the only problem I have with their relationship, that Franklin can't really accept that aspect of Lamar

they are a series of 5 missions but only the first is required to progress the story

if you did all 5 you are simply fucked and have to load into an older save and play the game from that point on. or restart the game entirely

Not necessarily after the investing. But there's a glitch called on mission zero that people use. It allows you to put money in stocks. Die. And put that same amount in. Registering that you have money in stocks but it didn't take it from you when you respawn

There's like many saves, all are kept unless deleted manually, no you won't give up your main save

tbf stocks do work even without lester's assasination missions... yeah there wouldn't be a drastic change that would make u huge amount of money but u will make tons of money if u understand stocks irl... you just hv to notice which stock is rising and sinking at what point of time, ten invest, sleep & check in repeat until there's a good return... then sell all of it

You should have all the prerequisites for modding (you can scroll up a bit, I mentioned it over there)
Also make sure you have a mods folder where common & update folders are copied (use openiv for ease)... install any trainer or vehicle spawner and the car package file you want to add
The steps should be given in their description, just follow them
Once done, go in game and use the spawner to spawn the custom model name

I remember sub being boring as hell. you get a helicopter, you bring the sub to the place, you get the thing, helicopter picks up sub, fly away, done.

offshore is easy (but the setup you have to do for it to get the heli is much harder than your average setup)
