I have installed JulioNibs Thor mod and everything works but I can't get the hammer and stormbreaker textures to work. They are just a regular hammer and axe. If you mean how to start that mission without bugs come in a boat so the mission isn’t disrupted, gold medal requirement is easy because when you stun an enemy they die immediately after and there are enough of them for the headshot requirement and stun requirement

You don't get to keep your car forever of it's destroyed that's for online only. What you can do though is buy a garage (in story mode) and then all the cars you can store in your garages, across all the 3 characters, can be spawned in again and again even if they are destroyed.

You get to keep helicopters and planes even after they're destroyed.

That "glow" is a cheap depth of field effect

It becomes a proper DoF effect when PostFx quality is higher

Also these screenshots are not the best ones to show it honestly

Make a proper screenshot with Windows Key + Shift + S

But still, that "glow" is due to low PostFX quality
