If it's a blacklisted item saved as an outfit, the outfit gets deleted when you change lobbies (or save/quit, whatever) afaik, so you'd have to just wear it forever.

But not doing cayo for 72 irl hours you are gonna lose more money than that 10% boost to pink diamond would profit you, and you can’t get it hard mode because you can’t pay the setup cost for those 72 hours

Better off just spamming it when you can for max profit

The 3 primaries tequila, necklace and bonds are pretty much on a level playing field when you take the secondary boost into consideration(I’m pretty sure tequila is even better than necklace) so it’s really not worth waiting, unless you’re trying to get the perfect setup to then replay.
