You most likely did not activate a checkpoint that allows you to spawn all of the npc's from the looks of your clip

Also are you with another player as well

Im going off what I know but you most likely took an unusual or indirect route to the mansion causing you to not hit the checkpoint that spawns all of the npc's, vehicles, and assets into the mission and therefore the mission does not do anything until you do that

It does, however it is bugged 99% of the time, and will not count even if you are offline, this however applies to all cooldowns in the game, not just cayo

Nope, just around it, however this process seems to take an extremely long time, Yoga probably is the only beneficial thing in terms of stat buffs / debuffs, mental state isn't really an issue since you lose it overtime faster than with the spa

I would say its better to have it on the terrorbyte. because you can spawn it anywere near you. But for that you also need the garment factory (this allows you to add the terminal to the terrorbyte.

The arcade allows you to do the diamon casino heist and one of its upgrades is the master terminal.
