For the Enhanced Criminal Career I needed to know how is the Upgraded figured out to keep the,, Popularity Meter at a high level ......So far I have the Downtown Vinewood Location,,, Karin Kurama ( Armored) Vehicle, Weapons are Special Carbine,, Machine Pistol, Switchblade............ I'm hearing that the most expensive Upgrade might be the best way ,,but my funds are to low for that . What's my alternative. Thanks guys. To summarise, choose the worse gunman/driver and best hacker. Best method big con is gruppe 6 but can alternate with stealth. Get the exit outfits and level 2 pass + patrol routes. Run to a heli nearby
