mk1 is still fine, it's quite fun, you should keep it. cayo is decent solo and the only one way to farm, but you also can try casino heist and vip contract in agency

so basically never sell any vehicles you own, you will lose your money and lose your vehicle

Most of these responses aren't exactly on point.

No you can not get banned for Cayo or Bogdan replay exploits.

The worst that can happen is getting bad sport due to bad sport points. (You get points/marks for leaving jobs before the end and blowing up vehicles). You'd have to do 30+ to actually have an effect, but the next part completely avoids that.

Secondly, with Cayo only, there's what's called the "3 hit". After starting a Cayo heist 3 times in a row, it'll automatically take away your heist. To fix this, simply clear the cache (local save data) before or while restarting the game. You can do this by holding L1 and R1 on the first black screen after the bakini lady or deleting the saves (all but main story mode) in the files.

As long as you clear cache each time, you'll be fine from the 3 hit and bad sport. Both are saved in the cache data. You can do it infinity.

When I do CEO or MC deliveries, if my businesses are down south it sends me all the way north, and if they’re up north it sends me south. When they’re in the center, it splits the deliveries half north and half south. There’s not much difference in delivery time, but the expensive locations cost way more. So what’s the actual advantage of paying for a more expensive spot or being closer to the city?

In my experience, this happens when you let the in game timers run out while in the menu prior to starting the heist. Had it happen with casino/bogdan.

So make everybody ready up and start it before any timers expire.

There is an on-going bug affecting PC only where the Casino Heist will kick players after reaching the mantrap tunnel.

You can prevent yourself from being kicked by going to Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.
