I sell full bunkers solo (in invite-only) with the Phantom Wedges, Insurgents with 3 destinations (job warping with an AA trailer) and Marshalls (when the destinations are not across the map). Some other sale missions might be doable.

There is an on-going bug affecting PC only where the Casino Heist will kick players after reaching the mantrap tunnel.

You can prevent yourself from being kicked by going to Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.

It has a very high acceleration stat and top speed, no matter what it will catch you if you are on a flat straight road, although it messes up quite constantly when you start taking turns alot because it starts obeying the "non-existant" traffic laws the npc's follow

the missions associated with MC businesses are hot garbage, the vast majority of players abandon those businesses almost immediately simply because they are way more stress and frustration than they're worth. You can get 500k per playthrough from just playing the cluckin' bell farm raid, that doesnt even require you to own any properties.

in general, MC businesses are a bit tedious but are profitable, and there's also the acid lab as someone mentioned earlier, which you can get for free if you do 3 fooligan missions

im fully aware that they're profitable but getting a new player to start with them is likely just gonna make them either drop the game, or treat them as if they dont own those because they dont want to do that gameplay, so they're back to square one of "how to get money" now having dumped their bank balance into the mc business that they dont want to use

i know that it's determined for cayo perico the moment you pay for the setup but i feel like i've seen people talk about each scopeout being able to drop a different target for casino heist. Not 100% sure though.

most beginner guides recommend MC businesses for beginners once they get enough money for it, so while there are different, less tedious options, still having some passive business is good. if not the MC businesses, then they should get the acid lab. only one sale vehicle, and 300K+ dollars per sell on a full truck

ghost raids arent a special type or anything, they're just random raids that for whatever reason dont trigger a notification for you so it's very easy to fail them. Yes they're a bug. I dont think they've been fixed

it's the exact same mechanic as buying supplies for a bunker or whatever

the supplies wont process while you're offline but the shipment will arrive just fine
