I had the same bug. You can open a ticket with R* support team, attach screenshots as evidence, and they should be able to assist you with a refund. I got 7.5 mil from them, but I believe you recieve a random amount of money from 0.5 - 10 mil

That's the bugged door. It's not always bugged for scoping, but I've had it happen more times than not.

It’s probably harder now since you don’t have the health levels you get from levelling up, which would explain why you’re dying so easily, I’d recommend getting some teammates, and at least for now the Duke o death would probably be good
