Videogeddon is a good location, but 8-Bit in Vinewood may be slightly better. Videogeddon's garage entrance is in the back alley. You can get used to landing an Oppressor MK2 or Sparrow there, but some people don't like that aspect. There's a lot of space in front of the 8-Bit arcade. Also, with the 8-Bit location, the Vault Contents prep will always take you to the observatory, so it's very quick to grab the security guard's phone and then fly to the casino roof. With Videogeddon, that prep could take you to various places around the city, including the Del Perro Pier, in the complete wrong direction from the casino.

Thoose things like buy clothes or get a tattoo are surely not the problem so i guess it either has something to do with : play tennis, golf, darts or arm wrestling.
I've played one hole of golf (solo) and one round of darts (solo) , both have the green tick and count as done in the checklist, same for arm wrestling (100% certain that i've done this in the past ) and tennis ( here i'm not 100% certain but it also has the green tick).
