I feel like there is not really one answer for this. One person's "best" might not be another's. The mk2 is good as @limber void said but it might not be the best for you. I have a mk2 and I love it but love the Raiju little more.

toreador is a great mix of being armoured, having pretty good tracking on its missiles, infinite ammo, being fast and being able to run away and hide under water if that's your deal.

but as soon as someone pulls out an insurgent pickup or a night shark you kinda just can't kill them before they gun you down out of the driver seat

I don't think I would go that far. In certain situations it's really good. If you know how to handle it and your in the city, it's hard to hit when it's staying low and weaving in between buildings.

their missiles can't track you and yours cannot miss

not as a host, joining as a grabber means you just show up to something like the cayo perico heist that someone else is hosting and take minimum cut (15%) so they can access the additional loot that requires 2 players to reach

in direct combat between the two, the deluxo can easily avoid the mk2s shots by simply doing the little spinny while the MK2 has no way of avoiding more than maybe 1 or 2 missiles via chaff. I don't wanna be a "nah I'd win" guy here but from whatever angle I look at it, the mk2s options are just to leave and run, or die

what could it possibly do to a deluxo that isn't being piloted by someone who has no clue how to use it? genuinely curious about an answer here
