It is not, they are currently doing a ban wave right now (aka a form of it called a sweep) to pickup any left over accounts on pc that did the black box rp glitch, or have modded levels I believe

the only way I really see it happening is if another exploit like RCE comes up out of the blue, kind of like what happened with the backdoor incident with the level and money stats being changed not so long ago, like on big youtubers for instance
