I would buy the equipment upgrade, because it gives you double the production speed, security is meh, because the raids dont happen often, but when they happen you HAVE to do them, because if you dont your whole nightclub will reset. and the other upgrade thing is preference, if you can keep your bar stable all the time you don't have to buy it. but since its 30% off i would go for it
