Well they do, i think the way they treat the payout is good enough because if you think about it from lore perspective, the host is the one that actually make contact with the NPC, for example guzman in this case, teammates are just underling of the host, so ofc only the host will get the full payment, underling already have it's fair share of salary and bonus of 50K for example
This is the same as when you are doing businesses sale as an associate, you only get like 10% of the sale but you also get salary per 10 minutes (cmiiw)
